I begin by summoning water molecules at my feet then infusing them with my own chakra i mold and shape it to my design in my mind i then begin making the handsigns required Ram → Horse → Bird i summon up a huge water vortex that surrounds me sustaining it with my chakra i make it spin slowly at first then i infuse more and more chakra control shaping it to be denser and spin faster and more powerfully till it becomes a huge maelstrom of water spinning wildly around me
