all the while im performing them a large water dragon begins forming upon completion of the hand seals a huge dragon made of water forms at my back i sweep my hand forward directing it at your clone it connects levelling the clone and causing a gigantic tidal wave that rips up the beach tearing everything apart within 40 feet

I quickly summon up my suiton chakra pushing it down through my gut lowering it to my right leg i raise my leg high of the floor and make the Tiger handseal slamming my foot down releasing a fast jet of water ripping across the sand devestating anything in its path

The water then transforms itself into the shape of a snake and crashes down on their enemy, literally swallowing them. After it has swallowed them it turns into a river.

Summon water, thus manipulating it into a form of a dragon, and let it swallow my clone, thus suffocating him

It won't rip it's throat out, it's made out of water, it will only hit him, braking his bones etc.

You might be familiar with this jutsu, thus you don't have to keep your hand in the sphere

You won't be able to do that hence the water will be really dense, thus the enemy inside won't be able to move inside the sphere. It's not rotating, your only using shape manipulation.
