Not bad at all, nice work!!

(Suiton: Kyojin Nami Shougeki) – Water Release: Giant Wave Crash
Rank: A
Type: Offensive , Deffence
Range: Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user gathers a large amount of water that can then be used to crash into the opponent. It is strong enough to push back Killer bee in Eight tales form.
Note: Requires a water source

This technique is a rather simple and very broad one to start with. We have seen Suigetsu use it to save his nakama once from the Hachibi. What you will do, is use large amounts of water, which will move in resonance towards an intended location. The mass and force of the water will be insane, powerful enough to move large bodies away, and even deal with Bijuu. The way how i would use it would be mostly to mask other attacks. The large size will occupy a lot of the enemies sight, allowing you to perform something else whenever you need it. Another good usage would be to direct the enemy towards a needed location, or send him towards a blocked way, so that the attacks connect.

(Suiton: Suijinheki) - Water Style: Water Encampment Wall
Rank: A
Type: Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

An insane technique as well. You will first need to perform 5 handseals and charge chakra inside your body. Then you will release chakra, in form of a stream but it will be spread in almost a full circle all around the enemy. This technique allows you to push enemies away with a tremendous might. You can use it along with an ally in a very perfect way, allowing you to shock the enemy if nan ally or clone performs a lightning technique in the water. Another good usage would be to push an enemy towards a location, like a cliff or a piece of land with a trap planned there. So...I will leave the usages only to you and the situation you are in.

I love the "Giant Wave Crash" technique the most because of the power, mass and might. The technique was able to push back Bee in the 8 tails form so this tells me that the jutsu can push back or crush anything in its path. This gives me wide usage of the jutsu including the fact that due to its large mass, the jutsu will effectively block the vision of the target which also gives me the opportunity of performing an attack which the target isn't aware of.
The down side of the technique is that since the water body created has a large mass, it would also block the user's vision thereby making the user unaware of whatever is done by the target. Another down side is that due to the water body's mass, the technique will be slow thereby giving the target enough time to think and react. Also, the technique can only be performed when the user is on a water source and since judging from the several battles lately, people don't normally battle where there is a water source and this makes the jutsu rarely used which limits the jutsu's usage.

I love the "water encapement wall" technique next since it allows me to create a body of water that forms an orb of water around me which is mainly used for defensive purpose. This technique grants me proper defence against certain attacks and like you said, I could also combine this technique with a lightning technique in order to electrocute my opponent. One of the advantages of this technique is that it can be produced from the user's mouth or a nearby water source although the technique being created from a nearby water source is faster than it being created from the mouth.
The down side of the technique is that if it is being created from the mouth, it is slow and it may not be able to block a fast approaching attack. Also, the technique(if not destroyed by the opponent's attack) could also intercept a direct attack launched by the user to the target since the technique is created all around the user.

I doubt the first technique would block your vision, you could actually see through the water, which makes it that much greater. Good work so far though^^.

(Suiton: Kōka Suijin) - Water Release: Hard Whirlpool Water Blade
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user makes the water under the enemy explode, launching them into the air. Then the user jumps above the enemy and creates a large whirlpool around his arm, striking the enemy with it and creating a large water explosion.
Note: Water source required.

This is a very nice and fast technique, but it can only be used on a water source. You will control the water beneath the enemy, like when you are standing on a lake, and make it explode outwards, sending the enemy flying into the air. Now, the explosion will cause damage as well, but it can also help to stagger your opponent, confusing him about what is going on. Now, you will jump as well, and create a whirlpool of water around one of your arms, you will then strike the enemy, and push him with great force, and as he clashes, it will be followed by a gigantic water explosion. So, this is a very fast technique, so you can use it as an opener for most battles, but you should be careful. The enemy could still move in mid air, and since it is broke into 2 parts, gain a little understanding from it.

(Suiton: Mizu no Tatsumaki) - Water Release: Tornado of Water
Rank: A
Type: Attack/Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After performing the Ram → Horse → Bird the user is able to create a technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Requires a nearby water source

Not a bad technique at all, but over everything, it is damn versatile. You will perform 3 mere handseals and utilize the water of a water source, best used when standing on water, to create a spinning vortex of water around you. This water now will be very useful, as you can block attacks which are thrown to you, mostly fire techniques. And if the enemy is close enough, it can bear enough force to knock the enemy unconscious. This would be useful in a number of ways. That would be defense, supplementary, as you can use it in conjunction with a wind or earth technique.

I like both jutsus greatly but I slightly like the Tornado of water technique over the Hard whirlpool water blade technique. I like the Tornado of water technique mostly because it can be used for all purposes(attack, defense or supplementary) based on how the user uses the technique, also the jutsu works well with several combos based on the user's choice and the jutsu can be used to defend even against something that is about to attack the user for the back or the sides since the spinning water vortex forms around the user. The disadvantages of this technique however is that it cannot be performed in a place where there is no water source(this disadvantage applies to both jutsus) and also, the technique requires handseals so the jutsu can't be performed in an instant making the jutsu not fast to perform.

After the tornado of water comes the hard whirlpool water blade technique. This technique is also very useful in a battle since it is a nice combo that occurs simultaneously to the target. One of the advantages of this technique is that it is fast to perform since it requires no handseal. The technique can also be used for a variety of purposes based on the user's volition and also, the jutsu can be used in several combos like I would perform the jutsu in combination with the earth lid technique so that the explosion would launch the target at the giant earth lid making a perfect combo. The main disadvantage of this technique is that it requires a water source to perform(like the first jutsu) and also that the jutsu can only be used to attack a target within short range making the jutsu a little difficult to perform since many individuals do not like to be in close range with their opponent.

Nice explanation O_O.
The only thing I had to add is that one handseal, is pretty much instant so don't worry too much there.

(Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Rank: A
Type: Offensive,Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.

This technique is a nice one as well. You will perform one handseal and inhale deeply. Then you will release insane amounts of water, which will cover a very huge area. The water wave will have a very huge power, and would be able to push your enemies with enough force that it would be bone crushing. Once you have released the water now, it won't normally end the jutsu, but all the existing water, will now be gathered in form of a giant orb, which will trap nearly everything inside. The water will be a great help to suffocate enemies who can't swim well, and in cooperation with a technique which will allow you to swim faster...you can be the ruler of your own battlefield. Though be careful. Lightning will be a great vulnerability since it will be conducted in water.

(Suiton: Mizu Shishi) - Water Release: Water Beast
Rank: A
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivalent to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns

This is a nice technique as well. After performing a set of 4 handseals, you will affect a pre-existing water source and use shape manipulation to transform it into a wolf like being. This being can launch very powerful streams of water from it's mouth, and sweep the are with it's clash as it creates torrents of water. This creature is totally in your control and this is what makes it so versatile. You can use the attacks in an offensive matter or supplementary, when you use combos of many sort. Like many earth release techniques which limit movement, or will cover the enemies vision.

Apologies for the late reply.

Well I like the first technique the most simply because it is instant due to the fact that it requires one handseal. I also like it because it requires no pre-existing water source to perform since the water is released from the user's mouth. The size and power of the technique is part of what made me to like it making the jutsu impossible to dodge and makes the technique able to attack multiple targets at one. Also that the technique has variations which I can use to suffocate my target in the giant orb of water and also shoot a lightning technique at the water orb to electrocute the target inside. Finally, I like the fact that the technique can reach and attack a target at long range, meaning that it can get to anywhere on the battle field.

I also like this technique since it acts as a partner in battle and can help with combos and attacks, the technique can also be used as a block 2 take fatal hits for the user and also for attack by the two means mentioned. The down-side of this technique however is that it requires a pre-existing water source to perform making it a rarely used technique and also that the technique requires more than one handseal so the technique is not instant.

We move forward, S-Rank!!

(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.

This technique is one used by Tobirama in the recent Naruto ultimate ninja storm games. You will clap and then slam your slam onto the ground. Send a very compressed and strong amount of water towards the enemy until it goes beneath the opponent. The water will explode sending your enemy into the air at a very large height. Then you will perform a set of 4 handseals and from the water, you will fire 4 bullets of water, small projectiles which harm the enemy and further raise him. Then, from the projectiles fired, they gather above the enemy into a water source, you will form a gigantic water dragon, which bites the enemy and drags him to the ground smashing him with incredible force. The water amounts also help to restrict the enemy in a very nice fashion as well. This is a very strong technique, and I would use it in cases when the enemy is landing from a height to the ground. Another use case would be especially when you are masking the movements of water and vibrations with other techniques like perfectly would be a genjutsu. You can sue it in every form you want, just be careful.

(Suiton: Suidanha) Water Release: Severing Wave
Type: Offensive
Rank: S-rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description:
After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.

This technique is very famous, and it was used once by Tobirama. After making one handseal, you will release from your mouth a very thin stream of compressed water. With water this compressed, you can cut through rock as if it were butter, so use it in cases when you need to make very long cuts, like against summons or large attacks. Enemies will most likely be able to dodge because of the narrow path it takes, but large scale wood, earth and summons...will be hurt badly. Use it wisely.

The first technique is the one that I would say I like the most, I know that based on the number of handseals that the user has to make before the bullets shoots out of the pool of water makes it slower than the second technique to perform but still the technique it self contains one full combo which entails 3 attacks in 1. Now to make the attack harder to block, the user should simply place the target in an illusion where the target sees nothing but darkness so that the target won't see the sequence of the attacks or know how best to counta it. Now the technique also has some disadvantages, firstly is the fact that it requires a few number of handseals so it can't be considered as the fastest jutsu. Also the fact that it first pushes the target into mid-air gives the target opportunity to escape the whole attack(like I did once when it was used against me) and I think I have already mentioned the advantages.

The gap which I used to like the first technique more than the second one is close because the second technique is also awesome if the user can know when, how and where to use the technique. The technique requires just one handseal making it a fast technique, faster than the first techniqe. Based on how the technique was described, I would say the technique would easily cut through any part of the human body swiftly because of it sharpness. Also, because the technique is a streaming technique, the technique is hard to dodge since the user can easily and effectively manipulate its length and direction. However, it also has a disadvantage. The disadvantage is that the technique is released from the mouth and extends towards the target so the target has enough time to counter it. That is all I can say.

Very nice work.

(Suiton: Suidan no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Bullet Technique
Rank: S
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.

A rather basic water technique, but the power and rank of it is insanely large. You will collect chakra in your chest, and release it in form of a powerful torrent of water. This water stream will have a very large concentrated power in quite a large area. It would be able to rip through smaller particles in the path like nothing and continue forward until it hits your main enemy. Looking how basic and broad it is, it can be used for many occasions, all bound to the situation where you are placed in. Though take care during the usage of it, because it will limit your vision greatly.

(Suiton: Suijinchū) - Water Release: Water Encampment Pillar
Rank: S
Type: Defence
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: N/A
Description: A defensive technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into water, and then expelled from the mouth in a dense torrent, effectively creating a near instantaneous barricade that can be used to intercept incoming attacks.

This technique is purely defensive, though nothing says you can't use it supplementary as well. You will knead chakra inside your chest and release huge amounts of water right before you in a very quick succession. You will seemingly create a gigantic defensive barrier right before you which is almost solid in touch and can stop attacks with quite ease, especially fire based ones. There is nothing much I can say about it...

The water encapement pillar technique is my favourite in this set, the technique gives room to wide reasoning and manipulation of the technique. The technique can be use for all types. For defense as explained in the technique, for supplementary by using it to enclose the user and the opponent in the barrier based on its range and can even be used to electrocute by channelling lightning through it. For attack by using the torrent to drown the target before it takes the form of a barrier. Despite the use, the technique still has its disadvantages, the technique doesn't appear immediately/instantly which makes it useless against instant attacks or attacks that materialize very near to the user.

The water bullet technique comes after, it is mainly used for attacks and also be used for counter attacks or defense by directly launching at an incoming attack. What I love the most about this technique is its power, size and capability. Based on the description of the technique, one could easily use it to take out a giant summoning or finish off anyone which makes the attack brutal and merciless but still, the technique is only good at the offense aspect which makes me like the water encapement pillar more than it.
