Okay from now on you're going to be doing this differently
I will post a water tech then you will

-Create a scenario where you use it like in a battle. Use it in combination with two other jutsu that you have learn and make sure they compliment each other. 3 moves against any opponent/s you imagine.
-Create another scenario using it differently from the above
-3 adv and disadv
-How would you defend/counter/exploit the jutsu if used on you
-Questions and what ifs
-Picture

okay

(Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip
Rank: C
Type: Offensive, supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the
user creates a whip of water that can be
used to strike the opponent with a lashing
action or wrap around the target to bind
them. This technique can also have lightning
techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.
perform 3 handseal while focusing your water chakra into your dominant hand the form from that hand, a whip made out of water. You can use this as a mellee to fight/attack/bind your target.

Whoa, I hate this training template Q_Q

Scenario 1: Say the opponent fires a fireball directly at you. I've played a lot of RPG games such as Castlevania and DmC and there is always this one move: A double jump followed by a vertically spinning ball (made of the user and a long ranged whip-like weapon) that spins and finishes with a slam of the said weapon hitting far away targets. Putting that into NB. One would use (Fūton: Kaze Ogawa no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Wind Stream Technique to get a second 'jump' in the air after an initial jump then activate (Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip and then perform a spinning motion head towards torso with the whip outstretched, or even horizontal, as long as the whip is outstretched while spinning. After that, I would personally stay airborne with (Fūton: Kaze Ogawa no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Wind Stream Technique and try to get another hit on the opponent.

Scenario 2: Ok for the second scenario, say your opponent is hiding behind something, say a slab of doton. And you want to pierce him with your sword or kunai or weapon in general. I am a big fan of the (Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of Draining so I would first create that in one hand then perform (Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip in the other hand. And since they're both made of my suiton chakra I could easily place the water sword on the end of the whip and carry it around the doton slab due to the flexibility of the whip itself. I could even carry an explosive kunai or something.

Advantages:
-Quick to perform in tight spaces
-Very versatile, raiton can be channelled into it.
-Is able to bind opponent

Disadvantages:
-Could leave user open while in use
-Can easily be seen and dodged by doujutsu users
-A simple doton wall or defensive gesture of doton can block it.

If used on me: If it was performed on me I would simply form a doton wall/sphere to block it. Or I could perform a wind assisted jump out of its range.

Question: Can I add more suiton to it to make it longer?

Why do I have to write so much on one tech?

You can't use it the way you do the 2nd scenerio. You see, that is the reason for the template, so that you don't make mistakes like this in actual battle. You can't make two separate jutsus at a time, it requires ying/yang. So making a sword of water on one hand and the whip on another is not possible.

And No, you can't make it longer that it already is.

(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field
Rank: C
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user After performing the
required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed
at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream
of sticky liquid which can be used to form an
adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's
mobility. One can effectively reduce their
enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take
complete control over the battlefield. The
normal scope of this technique is normally
just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also
possible to make an entire pond of starch
syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet
allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited,
beforehand.
Make two handseals while focusing you water chakra into your stomach, channel it into your mouth and change the property of the water to become stickly, then go ahead and spew it using it in many ways to trap your target.

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone
Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Supplementary
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of
themselves made of water. These water
clones have 1/10th of the users chakra.
These clones are also limited in that they can
only travel short range from the user
without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to
normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water
techniques and requires a water source.
Stand near a water source and channel your chakra into it while making a single handseal. Then form a figure from the water and mold the figure into your image, exact likeness although made of water and would revert back to water when hit.

Thanks ^^

Okay technique #1: (Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field
Scenario 1: I could use this jutsu and trap an opponent even though I can't see him like say he places me in a genjutsu that prevents me from locating him I'll just use that and it'll spread throughout my vicinity and hopefully catch him. Then I would use some lightning technique or something to conduct through the water and finish him !

Scenario 2: I could possibly use this technique to cover the ground and prevent any major doton movement like a slab of doton coming from the ground would be hindered by this sticky thingie. Not sure though...

Advantages:
-Is adhesive, allowing a variety of stuff to be sticked to it.
-Can span a wide area
-Is useful in enclosed areas, leaving no room for escape

Disadvantages:
-Due to high viscosity could take a while to actually travel far enough
-Is capable of snearing friendlies, like a summoning.
- N/A

If used on me: I would try my best to get airborne, and very fast.

Question: Can I shoot this sticky things as bullets?

Picture: N/A

Okay technique #2: (Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone
Scenario 1: Say an arrogant opponent rushes me. Of course I would have prepared this clone before hand making him think its a definate win, however, upon striking this clone I would use the dispersed water for a counter attack. Like a water whip or maybe even a water shield. To be honest, there isn't much versatility in the water clone technique..

Scenario 2: Forgive my lack of creativity with this jutsu :/

Advantages:
-Deceptive potential
-Could become strategic water sources
-Able to function and behave just like you

Disadvantages:
-Easily dispersed
-Easily seen with doujutsu

If used on me: I'd just attack it :/

Question: Can I form it from a pool or something? Or can I make multiple from a water source?

Okay technique #1: (Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field
Scenario 1: I would use (Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field to trap an opponent even though I can't see him or my surroundings properly like say he places me in a genjutsu, such as ( Magen: Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu ) - Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique that prevents me from locating him I'll just use that and it'll spread throughout my vicinity and hopefully catch him. Then I would use some lightning technique such as (Raiton: Denki Railanshō) - Lightning Release: Electric Discharge Palm or something to conduct through the water and finish him !

Scenario 2: I could possibly use this technique to cover the ground and prevent any major doton movement such as (Doton: Ganchūsō) - Earth Release: Stone Spikes like a slab of doton coming from the ground would be hindered by this sticky liquid. Or, I could utilize (Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field to slow down a taijutsu user, like this move (Konoha Shippūdan) - Leaf Hurricane Bullet but making the ground sticky they wouldn't be able to perform it good enough or even at all

Advantages:
-Is adhesive, allowing a variety of stuff to be sticked to it.
-Can span a wide area
-Is useful in enclosed areas, leaving no room for escape

Disadvantages:
-Due to high viscosity could take a while to actually travel far enough
-Is capable of sneering friendlies, like a summoning.
- N/A

If used on me: I would try my best to get airborne, like with (Fūton: Gōkūhō) - Wind Release: Great Vacuum Cannon and very fast. Then, from the air I could perform a variety of jutsu.

Question: Can I shoot this sticky things as bullets?

Picture: N/A

Okay technique #2: (Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone
Scenario 1: Say an arrogant opponent rushes me with kenjutsu or even a taijutsu move such as (Konoha Arashi) - Leaf Tempest. Of course I would have prepared this clone before hand making him think its a definite win, however, upon striking this clone I would use the dispersed water for a counter attack. Like (Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip or maybe even ( Suiton: Junsai no Jutsu ) - Water Release: Water Shield Technique . To be honest, there isn't much versatility in the water clone technique..

Scenario 2: Forgive my lack of creativity with this jutsu :/

Advantages:
-Deceptive potential
-Could become strategic water sources
-Able to function and behave just like you

Disadvantages:
-Easily dispersed
-Easily seen with doujutsu

If used on me: I'd just attack it from a distance most likely though with (Suiton: Taihoudan) - Water Style: Water Gun

Question: Can I form it from a pool or something? Or can I make multiple from a water source?

for the syrup,.
You can't use it to prevent earth techniques from below, however you are right about using it to slow fast ninjas traping them.
-for your counter, If you jump up, you are still coming back down and into the syrup. Clear away the syrup or jump away, not just directly upwards.
-you can spew it as bullets but only to trap you opponent in a globule of syrup and not harm them.

For the clone
you actually don't want to think as the water clone has many uses, you just need to think. You may know all the jutsu but thinking outside the box actually makes you better than others. Believe me.
-Yes you can make them from a pool of water and you can make more than one. It follows though the clone restriction of 4 in total.

The reason I rejected you first reply is simple and you have not done it still but I let it slide.
you have to combine the 3 moves in your scenerio and not just mention you use them. Do like you are in a real fight. Through that I can see if you are using it wrongly.

(Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet
Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Offense
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass
brought forth from underwater. Its power
to kill and maim is augmented by adding a
spinning motion to the compactly pressured
water. During fights on water, taking
advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees
radius, in conjunction with other techniques
for distraction, confusion and so forth, this
technique has an extensive array of
applications.
Note: Requires a water source.
while fighting your opponent on water, you will channel your water chakra and imbue it around him then use shape manipulation to form several fangs of spiralling water to crush him at the center or any position he might be. You must be on a water source.

(Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet

Scenario #1: Say me and my enemy are standing on a lake or any water source as a matter of fact. I would want to release this jutsu in a surpirse buttsecs mannor. For example- I use (Suiton: Suishu Gorugon) - Water Release: Powerful Blasting Rain Trench as a major distraction using the water as a source, then depending on the opponent moving to the left or right I would use (Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet from behind, he would be too focused on the jutsu before him. If he jumped up I would send it from beneath him.

Scenario #2: Ok this one is on some S-Class stuff. If the opponent had chosen an arid location, say a desert. This is how I would dominate with this jutsu: First, I would need to obscure the users vision, or at least his perception of me. I would use (Fūton: Fūsajin no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Dust Wind Technique to get some dust going then, I would perform (Suiton: Seibun Hōfutsu) - Water Style: Water Heavens Convergence to have a 'levitating' mass of water around me. Then using the dust advantage I would fire at least two of these bad fangs at him. I don't know it just seems a good strat .___.

Advantages
-Fast, powerful
-360 availability on a water source
-Chakra:Damage ratio

Disadvantages
-Requires a water source
-Could be easily seen- bad for a distant surprise attacks
-Time required for hand seals

If used on me: If it was performed on me I would use a doton wall to block it completely rather than avoiding it. It seems too fast for regular dodging .

Question: Can I make it larger? More powerful than a C rank ny adding more suiton?

First of all, you can't use Heaven Convergence as you've not learnt it yet.
Secondly for your question, You can't except you have another jutsu that increases the rank of your water jutsus, these are rare and mostly cjs.

*Priest lays a small scroll down infront of you*
That is your next assignment!
I believe I've taught you Hidden mist, so you will make the jutsu first then you will knead more of your suiton chakra into it while manipulating the light reflection of the mist so it blinds your targets even more.

Suiton: Kirigakure Shiryoku Hakudatsu) - Water Release: Hidden Mist Eye Sight
Deprevation
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15(-3 each turn to keep it active)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it
blinds there opponent temporarily as long as
the opponent is in the mist.
Note: Must have already used hidden mist
jutsu

Suiton: Kirigakure Shiryoku Hakudatsu) - Water Release: Hidden Mist Eye Sight

Scenario #1: After using (Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidden in Mist Jutsu to effectively hide from the opponent I would create a clone to stay visible using (Bunshin No Jutsu) - Clone Technique while I stay invisible hidden in my mist, especially id I don't know what the opponent is capable of. Then, after observing how he attacks my clones I would perform Suiton: Kirigakure Shiryoku Hakudatsu) - Water Release: Hidden Mist Eye Sight to blind him temporarily and terminate him as quickly as possible.

Scenario #2: If my opponent is stronger than me and I have to be on the definite defensive I would devise a quick little plan involving weaponry. First, after performing (Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidden in Mist Jutsu I would throw some explosive kunai at him to test his speed and skill. Then I would perform (Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field and then use the starchy liquid as not only a movement hindering trap but also a water source for a variety of water jutsu such as (Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet and the opponent is too keen on this then I would kick up the mist a notch and do Suiton: Kirigakure Shiryoku Hakudatsu) - Water Release: Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprivation then do the same jutsus again.

Advantages
-Still hidden from Doujutsu
-Hidden from regular eyes better now
-Normal Hidden Mist Jutsu advantages still apply, such as deliberate visibility

Disadvantages
-Requires you to have performed (Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidden in Mist Jutsu prior
-Chakra cost per turn, unlike the standard Hidden Mist Jutsu
-Normal Hidden Mist Jutsu disadvantages still apply, such as ability to be blown away by a wind technique

If used on me: Most preferably, instead of trying to disperse the mist or locate the enemy I would go underground and move away discretely.

Question: None, this technique is pretty straight forward enough.

Hmmm, not sure about syrup starch acting as a water source, though creatively it can, but it would have to be small water source. Still it depends on the amount created though. Still nice one there.

Now take the next scroll,

I want you to begin to mold your water chakra and channel it outside your body(in the air) then by clapping your hands in one huge focus, you manifest water of of thin air as the air itself is already cursed with your chakra which makes it possible, then you use shape manipulation to make the water into a vortex and proceed towards your intended directions as a wave of rapid water.

Try it.

(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave
Rank: C-B-Rank
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 15-20
Damage Points: 30-40
Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a
spiralling vortex of water to form around
them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner.
The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an
wave of water that rampages towards the
intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the
amount of chakra put into the technique,
varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave

Scenario #1: :O I just found an OP combination, involving my second favourite jutsu: (Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet. After performing (Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave, if the wave of water ends up hitting the opponent I would send a (Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone to restrict them, using the cascading waves as a water source and then perform water fang bullet for some damage.

Scenario #2: I don't know if this is possible. But I would use the circling water from this jutsu to use as a water source for hidden mist jutsu. If it works out, I would use the mist at my advantage and perform something deadly ad quick like Lightning Release: False Dark Spear.

Advantages
-Doesnt require water source
-Can be used to repel close quarter attacks
-Cascading wave at the end of jutsu is useful for offense and defense

Disadvantages
-Not strong enough
-
-

If used on me:I would either get airborne to avoid the waves or dive underground using a doton tech.

Question: Are there anymore disadvantages to this jutsu?

Picture: N/A

Thanks for the compliment. I become like that when the student is slothful and i'm not ready to change.

Begin to channel you water chakra into the sky above you while you make the several handseals, the you will form rain clouds infused with you chakra then make the rain fall on the terrain and because the rain now is infused with your chakra, it is closely linked to you senses and makes you detect any obstructions the rain touches.

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with
the user's own chakra after waving the Bird
→ Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand
seals. The rain falls from rain clouds,
formed with the users own chakra. During
this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the
rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to
someone the existence of the target can be
detected. The rain will keep on falling until
the user uses the seal to cancel it.

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

Scenario #1: If my opponent is disguised I would perform (Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique first to sense their location- but act as if I'm still oblivious. Then, I would use (Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field to trap them depending on their proximity then a simple explosive kunai aimed at the head could suffice.

Scenario #2: For this scene, if its my first encounter with a ninja I would perform this first((Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique, to set the battlefield to my liking then I would create clones of myself, seeing I haven't learned Shadow Clone Jutsu yet, but what these clones would do is to attack this opponent at different, irregular angles and intervals to sort of gauge his strength.

Advantage:
-Effective for hidden targets
-Effective for speedy targets, able to track their movement better
-Perpetual, does have a time limit

Disadvantage
-Rain clouds can easily be blown away with appropriate jutsu, stopping this jutsu
-Cannot sense objects, e.g an Ultra Mortal Death Kunai thingie as it has no chakra to be sensed by the rain
-

If used on me: I would remove those rain clouds one way or another, pronto

Question: None

Picture: Now I'm pretty sure there aren't any this time....ha!

you can just use your own rain tiger so that with both rain now clashing, there would be congestion of chakra which now renders sensing through rain useless for both of you. Best option. If you remove the cloud, he can just re-do the jutsu once again.

Now you will be traping your target in a dense spherical prison of water. Get close to your target and weave the several handsigns(good if you have water as speciality) then spread your hands while you spit water upon your target which you will then mold into a sphere surrounding them. You can aswell use an existing water to create water for the prison or even a water clone by releasing water from his hands. The water is so dense that it prevents movements of the target once trapped.

(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere
of water by waving the Snake → Ram →
Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare →
Hands spread in front palms out. The only
downside to this technique is that the user
must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain
imprisoned. This technique requires a
sufficient amount of water, which can be
provided by expelling it from one's mouth.
Once trapped the target is unable to move
while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it
can be used, to a limited extent, for
defensive purposes if performed on
oneself. Water clones can be used in
preparation for the technique, which block an
opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.
