Using my Suiton chakra I asserted my control over the water, morphing it into a cyclone shape. Eventually the entire source began swirling clockwise ultimately catching the clone in its now risen walls and eventually sucking it under to be drowned.

Having the water in my control I begin to form three hand seal, morphing my chakra control to precisely detach the water molecules forming a thick black mist that rose from the water surface. Using my willpower I guided the black mist over to the standing clone and allowed it to pop releasing a black slick substance- oil. I then prepared a simple fire release technique in my palm playing with it I taunted the engulfed clone.

For the next, you need to be on a high plain, say a hill or a rampant. Then you make 3 handsigns to help you focus in molding a large amount of water chakra chakra and channel them through your feet into the ground. Make water to seep out from the ground and form a waterfall basin.

Forming three quick hand signs I began focusing my Suiton chakra throughout my body, using it as a container I was able to muster a large amount of Suiton. Then, I began focusing it through my feet, allowing it to seep from my feet and into the earth. After which the water would later morph the landscape to form a waterfall basin.

Well I can use it as a distraction, seeing that it would allow a big change in the earth surrounding the user. And I would assume it can stop certain Katon techniques, like the streaming type. And I would like to know if someone had a Suiton like KG/CE like oil, could they perform this with the oil or KG instead?

no you can't use it to counter katon shot straight at you as the techniques flows on the ground. Except the fire also flows along the ground, then no it can't.

I don't know why you're being such a difficult person really, I already explained to you my problem grasping the concept. Instead of bashing me and calling my attempts "half-assed" you could, I don't know, try to be encouraging? Sprinting towards the battle ready clone arms posed for CQB combat. Then, as I was in striking range I delivered a powerful punch to the solar plexus area- stunning it but not dispersing it. Then, I began my barrage of punches and kicks each one heavier than the last. Then, as my final hit connected sending it into the air I focused Suiton chakra onto my fingers having my hand set in a blade like manner. I then swiped my hand from right to left in one quick and efficient motion creating a sharp and thin blade of water ultimately dispersing it.
When I was the guinea pig I remembered I had used (Doton: Doroku Gaeshi) - Earth Release: Earth Shore Return to form a 90 degree angle wall stopping the sensei. Then I used my Raiton covered blade to pierce through the wall and through his heart ._.

Standing a few feet from the water clone I stomped my foot on the ground pooling Suiton chakra below his position. Then, at my will I converted the chakra into water forming a geyser like effect and pushing the clone several meters high within a few seconds.
I am only assuming it would happen like a geyser, busting through the ground or does it form on top of the surface then push the person up?

Next make the ram handseal while focusing water chakra into your right hand then hit my clone with that palm and release the water upon him so as to push him back and deal damage to him.
Forming the required hand seal (Ram) I honed my Suiton chakra affinity throughout my body after converting it from regular chakra. Then, I focused on placing this chakra into my right hand, mainly around the wrist and palm area. Then I advanced on the clone with a low body stance and and my right hand in a claw like manner and my left hand below it for a straight trajectory. Upon contact with the clone I released the stored Suiton chakra in the form of actual water pushing it back while dispersing it with a blunt force.
As the clone hops away from my elaborate water sprout I form a few litres of water beneath my feet with my Suiton chakra while stepping my right foot forward creating a sliding motion and riding the created water surfboard style. As I reached his coward body I slashed him with my yaiba made of water, which left precise yet thin slices on his body. Poofing him from the world.
