As the thread title states. You might be wondering why is the point of this, simply, to get rid of the garbage being stored in V-Bulletin.
Each Day, more members join, and Versuvio is working on the subscription project to upgrade V-Bulletin to a higher capacity to accommodate more members daily. Why not just create an automated system to delete members 365 days (one year) inactive?
It would be of great advantage to all current members and those to come. And it even gives new members a chance to stop choosing the crappy usernames with random letters and numbers.

that wont be a good idea since there some members. myself included, that will have certain situations in real life that would prevent them from getting online. for me, it might be weeks, and it varies for others

nothing is stored in vbulletin , the posts and everything is stored on NB servers VB is a program that organizes them and makes shows the users a user friendly interface and makes a database that attaches the names and dates and everything to each other
just saying

I agree about the VBulletin part and Username part aswell but members are always coming back. How would you feel if you came back to Nb and you lost your account, your old mates and anything else like contest awards?

Well how about an option to renew the account?
But really, one year is a lot not to be active, and by inactive, I mean for an entire year. Even one minute online would break the counting up to a year.

like i said it could vary from user to user. a better sugesstion would be after a year, the user's account is suspended and if they try to log in, they will have a chance to unlcok it and get back their posts, username, password etc
but what's the point if all the data he created is still stored on the servers , that's just making him go throw the unlocking process
