What do you prefer?

Subbed anime, movies, cartoons, series etc. (Original language with subtitles)
Dubbed anime, movies, cartoons, series etc. (Language of country for example french, german)

And also, why do you prefer it?

I personally hate dubbed, It doesn't feel in sync with the image that is shown and the voice often doesn't fit
with the characteristics of a character. And you?

Personally, I prefer subs to dubs.

Subs are just more...authentic, I guess, for lack of a better term. They words also flow more smoothly in the original languaugge!
For example, the name "Soichiro Yagami" from Death Note...it just sounds extremely awkward if you say it with an English accent...but it flows smoothly in Japanese!

I don't know. Maybe I'm weird? But in the end, I like subs more than dubs.

Just my thoughts. =]

Nothing weird about it mate, 90% percent of the people feel like that, you can't simply say Uchiha in a cool way if you're speaking english XD

Subbed. In Japan, the voice actors are more professional than the actor actors. In America, the opposite is true. I mean, don't get me wrong, Michelle Ruff is as fantastic an English Dub voice actor as you can get. But she just doesn't have the finesse as the Japanese voice actors do.

Michelle Ruff did Rukia and Zabimaru in Bleach, Kluke in Blue Dragon, Etna in Disgaea, and several characters in Code Geasse, by the way.

Subs, because mostly the voice of the voice actor match the character, as well the movement of the lips does match somehow as well. Some anime, shows or comic does actually do an directly translation. With makes things nonsenses. Words does not match and such things.

I prefer watching the original language with sub otherwise, since that is the original script of voices, speeches and so on.

DUbbed I hate having to look at the screen 100% of the time to know what they're saying sometimes I be sleepy but tryna watch Lol
Does it feel strange for you if you're watching subbed? Maybe it's because of the habit of watching what we watch all the time and having to adept to a different way of watching.

Usually people are more attach to whatever anime audio they hear first. Which ends up being Sub. I prefer dubbed if it involves a lot of complex talking, like Ghost in the Shell. Not all dubbed is good, but I do prefer it. IMO, it's easier to take in.

Fairy Tail, Naruto, Fate/Zero, DBZ, Bleach, Tiger and Bunny.. bunch of good dubbed anime out there.

Most "dubbed haters" give bad arguments as to why dub sucks. Ex:

1. Dub Voice doesn't have emotions.
2. Dub is censored.(The dumbest one)
3. Just doesn't feel the same

Indeed it's fustrating to have to read when it's something important, japanese people also talk very fast sometimes.
