You got a limited perception of things. Tobirama is free to bring Madara at any level of power he wants. Also, the only reason Madara escaped Kabuto's control is because he was caught in Izanami. There is no way Madara could release the contract with four Hokages around him.

Except when they were both edo's hashirama had madara pinned and ready to be sealed. With four other hokages there theyll be more than prepared. Also the only reason why hashirama was able to break free was because he was using his cells to bind them

Even if Madara was able to resist his summoner, Tobirama would be able to slow him down enough for the others to attack and then cancel out the summon.

You forgot that the current Tobirama is composed by Hashirama's cells, meaning that he can have control over Madara no diff.

People fail to realize that Tobirama can gauge the strength he brings the summons back in. Kabuto, Orochimaru, and Tobirama all brought summons out at a varying level of power. Even if Madara was able to resist his summoner, Tobirama would be able to slow him down enough for the others to attack and then cancel out the summon.

There is no slowing down, either you can hold them down or not

And Tobirama can't restrain Madaras power. Madara alone is stronger than him, Hashirama is stronger than him, and if you mix the 2 you get too skronk of a power
