deidara wasn?t made to defeat gaara,hashirama was created to defeat madara but not deidara to gaara.

hmmmmm this is a really hard one to figure out though. They've all got their unique abilities. Raikage is rediculously fast like.....4th hokage fast. tsuchikage only did two abilities, that big square thing that almost crushed Sasuke and he could levitate(fly?). Mizukage was most impressive with acid and acid mist. Basically, if you get hit by either of her Kekkei Genkai's, you're most likely done for. Gaara's sand is now fast enough to match the speed of Amaterasu and Raikage's physical speed. So Gaara's sand is a force to be reckoned with for sure these days. Then we've got Tsunade, her abilities seem a little limited to most, but if you look closely, she can tear people up. She never dies in physical battle and one punch can end your life(if you do not have an immortal jutsu back-up).
So they've all got their "up's". Who do I think is strongest? Severely depends on the situation but I guess I might go with Tsunade. Mitonic Regeneration is stupidly overpowered. She can basically heal ANY wound on/in her body almost instantly. And her punches kill you on contact. Although I think Gaara's sand would give Tsunade a very tough time.

o.o aww come on man... its not realy fair for tusnade to be counted out because we never have seen her fight 1 on 1 without protecting anyone-- we have to see her fight 1 on 1 like we seen raikage and Sasuke-- the point is Tusnade never had her moment of hardcore fight so we can see her full powers because all we know about her right now is she is strong and she keeps her chakra in her forhead, and she summons slugs which can heal people. but if you think about it tusnade is a medical ninja like Kabuto which means she knows about critcal hits so plz u can't just say she out of run to be strong
Ok you have came up with a couple of fair points. The thing is Kabuto delt with her easy without break a real swet and at the time people said he was on Kakeshi's level, that is why I lost faith in her over 300 chapters ago and she is know as a Sannin please. Like I said you make a some fair points we just have to wait and see but I still stick to what I said in my last post.

i gotta Say. Tsunade and Raikage top the list..
Tsunade bcoz of her knowledge in medical jutsus and brute strength..

Tsunade only got dealt with because of her Hemophobia. At first, she was beating the crap out of Kabuto, but then he stabbed himself and made blood come out, thus she got scared and immobilized O_O
Now, she's overcome her fear of blood =/
I never forgot about that but when you have a weakness expect it to be exploited, she might be stronger now because she got over her fare but in my personal opinion she is the weakist kage other then Gaara.
My order is...
Onoki (Tsuchikage), Ē/A (Raikage), Tsunade (Hokage), Mei Terumi (Mizukage), Gaara (Kazekage)
Despite this, it's difficult to rank them, as they are all extremely powerful likely closely matched O_O

if you're counting people from the past as well as present, its definently pain but currently i would assume raikage - speed and overwhelming strength, i mean c'mon :/ but then again xD he only has one arm now O_O sooooo, i dunno

about the same order here.
raikage, tsuchikage and than things get difficult. i think that gaara and mizukage are about equal, tsunade is a medic nin, her strength lies in different things than a one on one fight, so i'll put her to the end.

I would not say "weakist Kage" other than gaara, because i am preaty sure if she was Tobi/Madaara would have made his first move on the leaf isnted of sand at the start of the manga chapters. Tusnade is a badass "remember" the old lady from sand said it when she saw Sakura in action, beside she is lady hokage and thats a title that show strength... other than Naruto she is he strongest in the villege..and yes i said it Kakashi is strong but Tusnade just has more experinces in combat, she has the title Sannin for a reason as well.. and i am preaty sure jiraiya felt the same way or else he would not seek her out he would of pick Kakashi in his place when the elders choose him.
