It's either Tschuchikage or the Raikage, but since we ain't seen Tschuchikage fighting, I have a stronger feeling that out of the 5 Kages... Tschuchikage is the strongest.

Looks are deceiving, and that phrase fits him perfectly.

Between the Hokage's, I would say either the 1st or 4th.

Ok you have came up with a couple of fair points. The thing is Kabuto delt with her easy without break a real swet and at the time people said he was on Kakeshi's level, that is why I lost faith in her over 300 chapters ago and she is know as a Sannin please. Like I said you make a some fair points we just have to wait and see but I still stick to what I said in my last post.

People always bring up the fight between Tsunade and kabuto to determine her skill level, but don't recognize the situation. Tsunade was in retirement for like 20 yrs, coming out of it to fight a shinobi on the skill level of kakashi. If you pay attention to the manga

kabuto was breaking a sweat and had to take a soldier pill in order to overpower tsunade. Looking at the circumstances, he was prepared to fight her, if she had a soldier pill or she had never retired the fight would have had a different outcome.

hhm...the most experienced one is definitly the tsuchikage..but i think he is to old...to be able to levitate is probably his only way to fight in a better way like a grandma needs a walking aid to reach the other side of a street(jokexd)....on a serious not,i think he can`t speed up with someone like the raikage...in that point i nominate raikage at first and him at the second...third is hokage..and the last two mizukage and kazekage..why this?!..both are very high skilled,too..but i think their experience is still to average...the time will come nobody could beat them...the mizukage with 2 kg for example will be a very dangerous one.....so that is my opinion p.s.:sry for my english out of practise
