Hashirama is a lot of hype as well. He built the village? That tells us he has enormous chakra. People need to understand that Madara is using his powers as an edo. Hashirama could make a forest in an instant..but at what cost? Did it drain half his chakra? Nagato could destroy the village in an instant, but was he spamming it? No. Was he spamming chibaku tenseis? No. Hell I'm sure with enough rest/breaks that Yamato could rebuild the entire village.

What if he went on and rebuilt the village in a week's time? What would history have said? I know these are "what ifs" but I'm trying to get you to understand my point. Madara using Hashirama's techniques while being in Edo form adds a lot of hype to them which I think is blinding a lot of readers. Madara is an edo, thus has unlimited chakra. I mean come on, the guy was killed in war. Where was his 1,000 forests at then? I doubt he could create that many but that's the point. I'm not trying to undermine him in anyway, I'm just stating the truth for any unbias listeners, Hashirama is an amazing shinobi, I know that, but there is a lot of hype. Even though he's suppose to be a "fairy tale" like the so6p, he still died a shinobi's death.


I'm just trying to remove all the hype so that the readers can see this more clearly and then judge. Though in all honesty, we know just as much about Hashirama as we did in part 1, or whenever it was stated that Hashirama created the entire village. And a lot of people wasn't really paying him any attention then. So now that Madara come back as an edo and show us some mokuton abilities, he's the strongest hokage?

I agree with you, everyone is using the current feats of Madara and saying Hashirama could do all that and more. Personally though, I believe Hashirama was the strongest Hokage, then Tobirama, Minato, Hiruzen, then Tsunade.

She is defenitely the second or third strongest. Why? Hiruzen and Tobirama has only hype. Minato is debetable, but the problem is that he cant kill her with a simple Rasengan.
