sorry minato is my favorite character but hashirama is the strongest hokage because he beat madara the greatest threat in the NV rite now...then comes minato then hiruzen then tobirama then tsunade in
umm hiruzen could not beat the nine tails but hashirama took the ninetails from madara and he beat madara hiruzen beat mindless edos being used by some one with no knowledge of there techniques

first of all,that's ABC logic..using it is frowned upon here.
secondly,he did not fight nine tails.you can't just say he would lose to nine tails.he knows RDS,the jutsu that sealed and defeated kyuubi.also when kyuubi attacked he easily pushed it to the outskirts of konoha using adamantine nyoi.

he easily did that with thousands of other ninja with him setting traps while they was fighting him for a while yes he did this by him self(sarcasim)also the RDS DID NOT BEAT THE NINTAILS IT WEAKEND IT SO HE COULD SEAL IT IN A CHILD plus it took him a whole army just to stand a chance against the ninetails hashirama had to face it and madara at the same time its not ABC LOGIC its just simply showing that the feats hashirama achieved is a place that hiruzen could no where near match
also minato showed that he had more then enough of a capability to counter the ninetails but he had no where to seal its whole power his wife was dying and naruto who was a infant at the time would not had been able to hold the whole nintails in him it was basically impossible for him to keep his life and preserve the balance of power so he made a sacrifice which is why he is also above hiruzen all he needed was a healthy kushina and he would of dealt with kurama..i put hiruzen over tobirama because he said he was stronger then him in his face

Hashirama is a lot of hype as well. He built the village? That tells us he has enormous chakra. People need to understand that Madara is using his powers as an edo. Hashirama could make a forest in an instant..but at what cost? Did it drain half his chakra? Nagato could destroy the village in an instant, but was he spamming it? No. Was he spamming chibaku tenseis? No. Hell I'm sure with enough rest/breaks that Yamato could rebuild the entire village.
"At this rate, the village would be rebuilt in no time." Obviously they wouldn't say that if it was only one house or tree lol.

What if he went on and rebuilt the village in a week's time? What would history have said? I know these are "what ifs" but I'm trying to get you to understand my point. Madara using Hashirama's techniques while being in Edo form adds a lot of hype to them which I think is blinding a lot of readers. Madara is an edo, thus has unlimited chakra. I mean come on, the guy was killed in war. Where was his 1,000 forests at then? I doubt he could create that many but that's the point. I'm not trying to undermine him in anyway, I'm just stating the truth for any unbias listeners, Hashirama is an amazing shinobi, I know that, but there is a lot of hype. Even though he's suppose to be a "fairy tale" like the so6p, he still died a shinobi's death.
I'm just trying to remove all the hype so that the readers can see this more clearly and then judge. Though in all honesty, we know just as much about Hashirama as we did in part 1, or whenever it was stated that Hashirama created the entire village. And a lot of people wasn't really paying him any attention then. So now that Madara come back as an edo and show us some mokuton abilities, he's the strongest hokage?

Dude what are you talking about?kurama attacked and a bunch of fodder rushed to stop it..kurama effortlessly killed them all.then hiruzen appears and pushed back kurama.the other ninja did nothing
the fact is an old,weakened hiruzen defeated hashirama and tobirama senju,while sealing orochimarus arms so he could never use ninjutsu agan
so he did not say keep setting traps even if there fodders i saw the other two elders there i saw some akimichi he was not alone and he did not come like a hero god and just push the kyubi aside he was all like(wheres minato) they was like well hold him to the 4th gets here and when minato got there the village all messed up so the way i look at it is he did not save any1 minato got rid of the 1st tailed beast bomb and when he was about to do another one he took the fight away from konaha if it was not for minato with hiruzen doing shit the village would not be there...also what could hiruzen had done against the hashirama jutsu that madara has shown...jutsu that was the reason he could solo madara and kurama with(can hiruzen do that?....if he was really as strong as you claim stronger then hashirama even in old age he would be able to beat orochimaru but he could not
