I don't get it.

Tsunade cant defeat Onoki, Bee, Muu, the 2nd Mizukage and the 3rd Raikage.
But Minato is stronger then them.
I dont like the A> B > C logic, this is why I put Minato before Tsunade.

I agree with you, everyone is using the current feats of Madara and saying Hashirama could do all that and more. Personally though, I believe Hashirama was the strongest Hokage, then Tobirama, Minato, Hiruzen, then Tsunade.
