We all know that you can just steal a paper from people who wrote down what’s on poneglyphs, but what does Luffy think about it?

He is not happy with that, given that he showed us his Donald Trump face.
So, how can they steal poneglyphs? Can they just carry them? Well, I think there are 2 images that foreshadow this.

First one:

Here we see Wadatsumi carrying the poneglyph on his head.

And the second one:

Look at the pattern on Luffy’s clothes – the Kozuki clan.
But what kind of significance does the clothing bring, you may ask
Well, try to remember who from Kozuki clan ate a very strange fruit, and since the day he ate that fruit, he could turn objects that are put on head into clothes.

They make a foolproof plan – they steal poneglyphs by literally wearing them, think about it; Franky, Monster mode Chopper or Wadatsumi whos otw with Jinbei could easily lift the poneglyph and then Kanjuro, with Usopp’s help, draws a new Poneglyph where the old one was so no one can suspect a thing! Sounds like a perfect scheme.

Though this also sounds sneaky, and that's not how Luffy moves forward
So Luffy will probably be reckless in both cases​

I think physical poneglyphs are needed and probably make the "One Piece" along with the final piece of the puzzle. The Rio Poneglyph.

One Piece is probably a construct of all poneglyphs, depicting the entire history along with the void century info, ergo; a spectacular intro to the final all-out war.

Not only is it creative, it's feasible. This is definitely something that I can see happening and Oda doing.

I don't think physical poneglyphs are needed Roger said something like "I was here and I'll lead this passage to the end of the world" meaning the text on the poneglyph is more important than the poneglyph itself, also the poneglyphs on Zou seems to have been there for long (more than 30 years) so I doubt Roger took it with him on his adventures.
We also don't know how Kinemon's DF work, if he can turn any rock to fabric and the size limts.

I like how ppl don't get how redicolously strong Usopp is atm. I would say he has the 2nd best observation haki after Enel.

2nd best showcased, I doubt it's 2nd strongest in OP world right now, and I say that liking Usopp's character and outright disagreeing with Oda's claim that he will always be the weakest(He certainly doesn't seem it) but atm I don't think that's true. By EoS I expect him to be top 5 in Ob. Haki use and ability.
