You overestimate Itachi's abilities. Tsukyomi is useless against Naruto due to the fact that biju can affect the jinchuriki's time perception. How else would they be able to make such long conversations in the middle of a fight? Naruto kicks Itachi's but. So does Madara, so does Obito, so does Hashirama due to the fact that he clearly has a counter for genjutsu of the Uchiha since he survived all his one on one encounters with Madara, SO6P does too. That's 5 above him already.

Not only that, but Orochimaru wasn't trying to hurt Itachi anyway, just take his body. Trying to kill Itachi would had ruined everything.

Orochimaru can only trade bodies once every couple years, roughly 3. When he tried to take Sasuke's body there were four people in his dimension.

4 x 3 = 12 years.

Itachi was 21 years old.

21 - 12 = 9.

Itachi was around 9 years old when Orochimaru started trading bodies.

ofc he can break a normal paralyzing genjutsu but Tsukuyomi was never broken by anyone without Uchiha dna, this is why it's a totally different case

That its literal translation, in the viz manga its translated as Blaze Release: Flame Control/Enton: Kagutsuchi. Him saying he's never seen such a Kagutsuchi simply means he's never seen such a flame control before, the term (Not the jutsu) Flame Control, doesn't only apply to Amaterasu.
