stop under rating tobirama senju and here is why

tobirama is not thestrongest of kage ok. im not gonnasit here and sugar coat it. but this guy has this to be proud of

- fought against the uchiha clan
- formed a special task force of uchiha
- fought the gold and silver brother and won
- gave several kage a run for their money
- is a expert at taijutsu
- is a master of genjutsu
- water style master
- can form water by chakra means

the reason why people hate him: he was taken down by 20 elite shinobi

well here is one thing
those 20 elite shinobi where trained to counter and kill him. so ironicaly they succeeded but i think they suffered casulties.

besides i think he could've went toe to toe with madara or izuna. i bet he has.

It was called Kinkaku squad, but that does not necessarily include Kinkaku and Ginkaku. The Kin and Gin staged a coup tried to kill both Hokage and Raikage, so they wld never be in a official Kumokagure team.

But he was getting old by that time, he was only slightly younger than Hashi (who died after beng a grand father {Hashi cells seem to slow down age}).

Totally agree with this thread except that tobirama lost against the G&S brothers then was later killed by the kinkaku force, he just hasnt been shown enough to be rated properly, but he still was second in command of the strongest clan and a kage so hes definitely underrated, +rep bro

I thought that Kinkaku and Ginkaku were part of those 20 elite shinobi. Or atleast Kinkaku. I don't recall him ever defeating them though.

But I don't find Tobirama to be underrated. I haven't seen many people talk bad about him. Not the best but he could be up there.

I am looking forward to hearing more from him in the manga. Hopefully he shows up during some kind of flashback that Madara might have.

Oh yeah. Since he had S/T, I'm sure he could summon like a boss apart from Edo Tensei. Though neither Minato nor Tobirama's S/T was as versatile as Tobi's.
