I think it might be because Naruto has more control over his power. Like Kaguya was able to hide her gudodamas, Naruto is able too as well but I don't think there any different versions of RSM. Still looks the same to me.
Oh lawd save this guy from whining about plot. Sasuke has used hand sign to create chidori before meanwhile bee didn't, your point is invalid.
You whining about hand signs is irrelevant. He used handsigns to create lightning, in his case it's chidori because he never used any other lightning justu using handsign. He improved a lot in using that jutsu i give you that.

What damage control? Naruto didn't move an inch and was the equivalent of Madara using a ribcage susanoo to play with his enemies. "All out" would be Naruto forming a Kurama avatar prepping a TBB, or using a barrage of TBBRS. None of these were into play. This is like arguing with the Archer haters on youtube when they were saying Archer wasn't holding back against Lancer.
Well, at least this should shut up all the people who said that Naruto somehow lost RSM. I can't believe so many people ignored the mechanics that the manga gave for Rikkudo powers and bijus that they thought that "if he didn't use it, he lost it."

Might be the most logical conclusion Dantee. This chapter seems to be damage control for the Last, and for the people who thought Naruto lost his power.

Sasuke already showed he can stream lightning against Bee and other fights. Bee has streamed lightning before too which is just something common for ration masters. Chidori is a completely different attack but if you want to keep arguing about it show me some manga scans of Sasuke streaming chidori through a weapon

Lack of proof is on your side, you are the one who is claiming sasuke didn't use chidori. If it wasn't chidori then what were those handsigns? Was he putting his thumbs in an invisible butthole?

Again he was streaming lightning...which he has already done. Kishi being inconsistent with handsigns isn't an opinion. I can't remember the last time Sasuke used handsigns for chiodri or any other attacks for that matter. Chidori is not lightning stream so your proof is fanfic.
I told you its because he is using RSM with Kurama chakra only, not the other bijuu's. Naruto gets gudodama and nine magatama when he uses RSM + All the bijuu chakra, its where all the elements for his gudodama stem from. What you see in the latest chapter is RSM + KCM and below is standard RSM(No gudodama or magatama).

Gudodama are automatic with all tailed beast chakra, this was established when obito and madara became juubi jin and when Naruto first used RSM + All bijuu chakra back during kaguya arc.
