Shunshin speed and distance depends on how much chakra you use, Naruto base has more chakra than Sasuke; Sasuke had more skill in using Shunshin in Shippuden but Naruto has shown increased in his Shunshin skills. Only way Sasuke's Shunshin can look faster than Naruto's is if Naruto isn't using much chakra in his Shunshin. War arc KM Naruto was increasing his speed against A so he doesn't start his Shunshin at full speed even though he could but I also think it's because he was still learning to use it on that level.

Doesn't really matter to me. Any member that isn't an idiot or a Naruto fapboy knows they are basically equal in speed.
The problem is people are probably confusing this idea of footspeed. They think naruto is that form running nobody should be able to keep up with him idk what footspeed they talking about but i guess they mean pure running speed. The point is both side want someone to be above in some category. In the case of naruto hes being shown in the manga to be extremely fast fighting against raikage at top speed the likes of kaguya. But naruto only demonstrates that speed in only crucial situations and not after they expect to see him blitz everytime. Idk why its so hard to believe this clip showed them to be coordinating their attacks but its cuz sasuke went ahead first people thought its a race naruto lost but it was just their duo tactic with one going first the other follows up.

Exactly this fight perfectly portrayed them as equals in terms of speed. No one was faster than the other, they were simply coordinating their attacks. But of course fanboys will look at everything from pure bias only.

Can you display 2-3 panels where Sasuke has displayed greater speed?
I've asked you this entire time, to just display once, a panel where Sasuke has shown
speed capable of doing what Naruto has, and you fail me.
I asked you to show me Naruto hitting Kaguya's horn atleast twice, and you fail me.
There's a heavy burden on you, and you have yet to even respond without looping
yourself and backtracking.
When someone shows great speed 2-3 times, it's confirmed it's there, not this inconsistent

That energy generator ran out of chakra as he was fighting Kaguya, while Sasuke sat in the desert.
In his fight with Sasuke, Kurama claims he had only a bit of chakra left, and the major justu Naruto used
was pure Nature Energy.
Irregardless of what you nitpick, everything shown thus far, whether you consider it inconsistent or
consistent are cannon works of Kishi, and portray Naruto's speed above Sasuke.

War arc: naruto went all out while sasuke kept up in speed
Kaguya arc: naruto flied to seal kaguya, sasuke matched up in speed
Vote2: naruto went all out, and sasuke matched in speed perfectly except that "uppercut when naruto was out of chakra"
The last: sasuke blitzed faster than naruto, I would say they are roughly equal
New movie: sasuke appeared to be faster, but I conclude they are same speed level too
