If kishi gives sasuke supersonic speed and take it away, its inconsistency and the speed is not creditable(pnj)

If naruto gained speed and be fast forever, that's character's growth and is consistent and creditable

But then that speed disappeared and even Kakashi and fodders could keep up with him.

Also Sasuke never kept up with full-speed BM Naruto in footspeed, BM Naruto just never used his full-speed unless in crucial situations, though their reaction speeds in the fight against Juubito were on par. Otherwise it is another plot no jutsu as to how SAsuke gained that speed all of a sudden without gaining any bodily power. MS to EMS couldn't have given him a speed boost.

Never once have I ever seen Naruto hit a speed that Sasuke couldn't match or at the very least, keep up with. With that Said, I don't believe either one is massively faster, but getting to point b, Sasuke would probably get there faster, whatever means they might use.

Exactly, footspeedwise they are same level. Sasuke probably faster(not by much) based on context and not one two scans
