Essentially speaking, sound is a type of vibration which only transmits through a sort of a medium and which is in RP created by combination of lighting and wind element. Now, keeping this in mind, the movement of sound would solely depend on the physical properties within which medium sound is moving forth. The movement of sound, or vibrations would depend on the density of the medium, on the movement (if it is going in the same direction or going against it) and on the viscosity (the less viscous the fluid/medium is, the easier would be the movement of the vibrations due to the lack of resistance.) . Sound would travel faster in liquids and non-porous solids than it would in the air. The sound element in the RP would be weak only against things which can disrupt the medium through which it is moving, hence why it is weak against the element of wind. In some cases however it can be weak against earth element, but that would apply to only sound waves which have destructive properties rather than ones with hindering or genjutsu traits. On the other hand, elements which have constant physical properties, especially solid ones, will easily get shuttered by sound.

Description: The user will enhance their hearing by infusing his ears with sound chakra. Then, by utilizing chakra and enfacing his lungs, the user will be able to control the frequency and intensity of the sound emitted from his simple breathing. This low frequency, inaudible sound is passively emitted and has no effect other than emerging from him and bouncing off of objects. Using the enhanced hearing, the user is able to know where everything is around them, effectively creating a sonar effect through the rebound and reflection of sound waves. The hearing and the sonar effect is precise enough so that one can effectively use it to substitute one's vision in battle if needed. Despite being very effective, specially if the user has any of his other senses hindered, it also leaves the user vulnerable to sound genjutsu or sound attacks which will be much more drastic in its effects.

User would produce sound in order to cause for creation of echo which they can scrutinize so to determine location of its production. It is a sort of a sensory, however with a side-effect in case opposing party has sound, as their perceiving ability of sound would increase.

Description: A simple technique where the user touches an object and infuses it with sound chakra, enabling it to vibrate and produce a low frequency, high amplitude sound. The vibrations cause objects to bounce off of the targeted object which is highly useful when fighting with weapons or to make thrown basic weapons resist opposing thrown weapons.. It also resonates to the user if he were to be blind (because of a genjutsu for example), letting the the user know the objects position and what it deflects. It can also be applied to solid objects or structures the user may wish to destroy or, by applying it to the ground or similar, detect what is around him by making it resonate with the same low frequency. The object gets no added power, only the ability to deflect incoming objects that want to counter it.

Kinda-ish similar to D ranked one. Well, essentially a supplementary type of technique which will allow user to reflect objects within reason heading their way by infusing object of their choosing with sound chakra and/or identify what is surrounding them due to the bouncing off effect which takes place once this technique has been applied through other mediums. What are limitations to the objects which we can infuse this technique to? Could I infuse a golem with this technique and cause for objects to be deflected off of him? Or that wouldn't be plausible? Also what would be the size of the vibrations? Would they be capable of deflecting bigger objects due to the rank of this technique? Or would the deflecting only be applied to weapons and similar?

Like you said; within reason. Still, the technique does not describe any limitations size-wise, so I do not believe that a Golem would be out of the question. Just consider the rank of the technique before you apply it to a Manda-sized object, you know? The description does hint to the fact that the technique is made for normal-sized weapons.

Description: The user gathers chakra either around their fist, arm, or leg and then charges towards their opponent. Upon utilizing an attack involving the aforementioned limb, it causes a release of sonic vibrations (of a low frequency but with a high amplitude) that act as a secondary strike, making the opponent unable to use the body part that has been hit for 1 turn. This happens because the sound vibrations damage soft tissue by resonating within the water molecules that reside within it. The effect is similar to a localized explosion upon contact that rips through the targeted area and creates a shockwave that blasts the target backwards. The skill is exceptionally useful if used against solid techniques such as those from Earth Release (or similar) which will shatter upon being hit.

Ohhh, this is quite a deadly technique. User would focus ototon chakra within one of their limbs before aiming that limb towards their target. With their offense landing they would release that previously gathered chakra in form of low frequency sounds in possession of high amplitude which would disembark slightly afterwards. Due to the type of the vibrations involved, the water part of molecules from which a body is made would be affected, resembling a sort of a localized explosion on the hit part of the body. In addition, this would cause for a sort of shockwave being created; blasting the target off in the distance backwards.

I assume that using any type of water against this would just backfire following logic? Also, if I had a technique which would envelop me in water and then use this to make offense, could this backfire? In a sense that the vibration would affect the water molecules in which I am being enveloped and "explode"..... I am not sure if this latter question makes much sense? ~_~

I think if you were completely enveloped the thing would somewhat backfire. It is still a localized attack, but if it doe not find its target... and you're completely submerged in water. Yeah, it'd hurt. As for using water against this I believe that depends on the technique; it is still limited by rank and restrictions.

Despite weakening as it travels, its faster than most wind or lightning techniques and can still be defended from. If used within a water source it receives +20 damage.

Another destructive technique initiated with a roar, scream or similar and followed with release of low frequency sound waves with high amplitude. It has great area of effect and its power is increased in case it had been used within a water source.

Exactly. Now here is a sound illusion. Most normal sound techniques do not actually travel at the speed of sound, but the illusions do. They are essentially unavoidable, as normal Genjutsu is wont to be.

Description: The user charges Ototon chakra into his hands and snaps his fingers, triggering a genjutsu through the emission of high frequency sound waves. As he snaps, the sound is amplified, sounding as if it is directly by the enemy's ear. To them, it sounds as if something has just snapped in half. The user then manipulates the illusion to make it appear as if either a large branch has fallen from a tree or the ground under them has broken clean in half, causing the target to believe they are falling through the earth or have been struck with a large object, pushing them to the earth. The user has control over the illusion, being able to make it seem as if entire trees have been snapped in half, falling on the target or as if an earth structure has collapsed either above or beneath the opponent, etc. The illusion can be edited to fit the situation and even the sound can be slightly altered deepening on the object that is "snapped". Is more effective depending upon the terrain this is used in ( extremely effective in a forest, not effective in a desert ).

This technique utilizes the high frequency sounds placing opponent under the illusion. Preceded by snapping of fingers, one placed under it would hear some sort of a shattering sound which would be equivalent to sort of a breakage which will solely depend on users needs.

Description: The user gathers Ototon chakra in his vocal chords. He then whistles, releasing a high frequency sound wave, creating a sound similar to a faint buzzing in the target's ear, similar to Ringing Madness. However, instead of causing a foe to become disoriented, it impairs his hearing, making the buzzing the only thing that he can hear, seeming as if the target has bees swimming around his ear. The buzzing drowns any sound out, unless they are exceptionally loud (i.e. great explosions, one yelling directly into the target's ear, etc), making it very difficult for the target to hear incoming jutsus or attacks.
Note: Hearing impairment lasts 3 turns

Ahhh, this one is pretty cool. User would whistle releasing high frequency sounds of irritating buzzing noise which disable any other sound to be heard by them (opponents), unless they are distinctively loud.

Yup. A lot of counters rely on hearing the jutsu or 'feeling the vibrations in the earth...' You know, stuff like that. This restricts your opponent's options.

This is a somewhat straightforward technique, whereas user would let out a sort of screaming type of sound and release previously gathered chakra in form of low frequency sounds with high amplitude which will spread outwards reaching the end of short range as they do so.

Description: This is a much greater and focused version of the (Ototon: Hibiki Rendan no Jutsu) - Sound Release: Echo Assault Skill technique in which the user gathers his sound chakra into his throat as he inhales afterwards exhaling as he screams, yells or roars. The resulting effect is a massive forward shockwave of low frequency, high amplitude sound that levels anything in its path. Unlike its weaker technique, the massive power it carries makes it slightly slower, equal to an average equally ranked Raiton technique. Unlike the unfocused nature of its weaker version, its focused almost like a beam, affecting an area of 50º in front of the user. If used within a water source it receives +20 damage.
