Well lets give you the advantage. I'll use my Cyborg. Your lightning does +20 damage to me if it hits me.

For this fight we will ignore my yin ability to siphon chakra.




Genos stood looking at the snake like man, a monster in human flesh it would seem. Genos had both his swords on his back, wondering how best to approach the man before him. He would go simple, holding up his right fist, pointing towards the man, out of the top of his wrist the nanobots reformed showing a pistol that he would then fire a single shot at the man before him aiming for the head:

Note: The two pistols can fire 5 freeform bullets per turn to deal 20 damage. These bullets are made of raw chakra and are of similar width to fingers.
Note: These pistols are also able to release up to 2 Projectile/Streaming jutsu per turn and up to 5 in total before having to recharge chakra cartridges. During the recharge periods, the user must spend 30 chakra to recharge the clips in which neither of the guns can be used.

The man shot so Oro activates his chakra sensory passively and takes a gun from his left hip with his left hand and shots(A rank) his also. They collide with each other and voids each other. Oro takes off directly at the robotic man and aims to do a roundhouse kick with his left foot by doing a counterclockwise spin and is pivoting on his right foot. Oro on his way to his opponent he put away his gun.

The handles can fold down by just pressing a button on whichever one or both to be used as hilts and the barrel acts as the blade its self to be used with Kenjutsu but mainly Samurai Saber because they are not sharped.

It would seem the man had guns of his own, of equal power at least it would seem. The man would then shoot towards Genos aiming to round house kick Genos in his right side. Genos held up his right arm, blocking the kick with his right forearm. As he did he felt the force and power of the man. His body could absorb the damage (I can tank C rank due to cyborg anyway), but even then the kick pushed Genos back a little from the impact. Close combat would not be to his benefit. He would have to use his battle experience to his advantage.

As the kick connects, just after Genos would discharge two flares, one from his left and one from his right shoulder, blinding his opponent, doing this passively. While blinding his opponent, Genos would pivot his body, using his left elbow, driving it into his opponents chest, bringing his right hand down to support the strike. The power of this increased by his cybernetic enhancements:

Description: This is a unique form of technology that can be used in the form of a bracelet, a belt or even fitted through a cyborg's body, though basic shinobi can use it. This piece of technology acts in a similar way to the Kote, but rather than contain jutsu, it contains a variety of ninja tools and accessories to assist a shinobi in missions or battle. This device contains the following items, that can be used at the same time as another technique:

Flare: The user will release a burst of flares from their devise so bright that they will blind anyone else within mid range. A Cyborg can release this via any technology that forms part of their body, or even their items. This blindness will last for 1 turn. If someone is hit by these flares, they will cause a total of 5 free form damage. This can be done passively. Can be used twice

Grapple: The user will release a grapple on a chakra metal wire from their device to attach to something. From there, if they have the strength, they can pull the item towards them, or they can activate the retract device to pull themselves to where the wire was grappled to. They can cause the grapple to unhook at any time or detach the wire from their device. Cyborgs can release this from any part of their technology (Their arm, gun etc). This can be done in the same time frame as another technique but costs one of the users three moves per turn. User has 3 grapples within their device.

Static discharge: A simple but effective technique. Using technology rather than chakra, the user will release a static charge from their device. This will cause numbing if used on flesh, though if it hits technology, it will disable it for one turn as it causes it to short circuit.

Steam: The user will create a burst of steam from their device. This is just super heated water produced by the device containing no chakra. Acting as a smoke screen or simple deterrent. This reaches short range from the user, boasting 10 damage points that is considered free form.

Note: Only one of these items can be used per turn.

Description: With this Scientific Ninja Tool, the user becomes capable of enhancing his body by replacing the muscles themselves with artificial ones, allowing their use to become better, stronger and faster. The user can have these applied to either his leg muscles or arm/upper body muscles, allowing a different upgrade depending on choice. If the legs are chosen, the user can gain a base speed increase of 3 levels. If the arms are chosen, their passive boost to Taijutsu/Kenjutsu will increase by 10 damage. The user can activate the pressure triggers to increase their enhancements. This can be increased during battle, activating it via button to triple his speed in battle. Should the arms be chosen, the user can gain an increase of damage to +25 to his Taijutsu/Kenjutsu. The battle based activation allows the already enhanced muscles to work double time, though burning out as a result after 4 turns.
Note: After 4 turns of an active use, the user will have his speed decreased to his base speed. Should he have activated his strength increase, then he will also gain a weakness to Lightning jutsu, adding +20 damage to attacks landing at the time as well as from physical attacks.
Note: Cannot be combined with Speed based Specialties or Taijutsu damage increasing Specialties.
Note: Can only be used by Cyborgs.

Reference:
Due to the cybernetic enhancements to their body, Cyborgs have increased durability ( immunity to C rank and below physical attacks and -25 damage from up to S rank physical damage ) and strength ( +20 damage to Taijutsu ).

Oro takes the full hit from the robotic man but with his strong body and durability he doesn't take the full damage of the hit. IT only receives 35 damage from the hit. He is sent back to feeling a little pain nothing major at all. He gets up slowly and smirks.

Orochimaru activates the first stage of the lightning armor. From the chakra level and the looks of this person he has great strength and probably is pretty fast. He uses this stage to keep up with his opponent and probably can't hit hard like his opponent but this will do.

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time, and pushes physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.
Level One: The base activation of the mode, the user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20 damage. This state can last up to 4 turns.
Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 3 turns max each usage.
Level Three: The highest level of the Lightning Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x4 speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu. The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 4 turns.

Note: Level Two can only be used three times max each event and Level Three can only be used twice, during which only Taijutsu and Lightning may be used exclusively.

Genos had hit the man with a solid strike, pushing him back, but it didn't do anywhere near the damage he thought it would. The man was back to his feet and what looked like powering up at the same time. Genos would get serious himself. His nanobots would jettison the leg weights in the backs of his legs increasing his own speed and running power. He would then draw his sword off his back, Tartarus, making a gesture for his foe to bring it on.

However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nullified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.

Genos would hold up his free hand as the blast is released, absorbing the entire attack with minimal effort. His opponent seemed to either be testing him or severely underestimating him. Well he'd take the initiative. He'd bolt forwards with his sword in hand towards his foe. His speed still double thanks to him releasing his leg weights.

As he reaches his opponent he will do a horizontal slash with his blade, Tartarus, his sword in his right hand, cutting from Genos left to his right, across his opponents chest. As he performed this slash he would release a wave of chakra just before impact catching his opponent off guard, aiming to cleave him in two. This wave would be increased in power by his cybernetic enhancements along with his Demon sword's yang boost.

( Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm

Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.
Note: Can be used a max of 3 times for Ninja and 6 for Cyborgs.
Note: Cyborg can have up to 2 Absorption Arms.

This fast movement can also be used in conjunction with a Taijutsu move, including their own signature Lightning based Nintaijutsu moves, to use the momentum one can gather and add even more damage if the move allows it. The technique also alows the user to move in more elaborate patterns that one would think, although following a more or less linear path. The only weakness of this technique is that, since its purely fast and enhanced movement, you cannot use it in all battle grounds but only those that would otherwise enable its use. Description: The Hell Stab is the strongest technique of the Third Raikage, whereby he concentrates a considerable amount of lightning chakra into just the finger-tips of a single hand and then performs a strong thrusting motion. The thrust, in conjunction with highly concentrated chakra, enables A to pierce a target in a manner somewhat akin to both the Chidori and Lightning Cutter. The total number of fingers involved in the attack inversely correlates with the overall intensity and power of the technique. With less fingers being used, the technique becomes stronger.

Four-Finger Nukite: A decently strong, lightning-infused thrust performed with precisely four of A's fingers. This strike is powerful enough to break through a variety of robust defences with relative ease.

Three-Finger Nukite: A fairly strong, lightning-infused thrust performed with precisely three of A's fingers. This strike is effective against even malleable materials that usually handle an attack by dissipating its force.

Two-Finger Nukite: An exceptionally strong, lightning-infused thrust performed with only two of A's fingers. This strike of capable of inflicting great damage upon impact, creating a shock wave powerful enough to send objects within short range of it flying backwards some meters.

One-Finger Nukite: A lightning-infused thrust known as the "strongest spear" and performed with one finger. The sheer concentration of lightning chakra is so great that it extends well beyond the finger in a lone point. It is powerful enough to easily sever all of Gyūki's tails during an encounter, and in a single instance, at that. In addition, it is able to pierce even the Third's Lightning Release Chakra Mode and leave a prominent scar.

Description: The Hell Stab is the strongest technique of the Third Raikage, whereby he concentrates a considerable amount of lightning chakra into just the finger-tips of a single hand and then performs a strong thrusting motion. The thrust, in conjunction with highly concentrated chakra, enables A to pierce a target in a manner somewhat akin to both the Chidori and Lightning Cutter. The total number of fingers involved in the attack inversely correlates with the overall intensity and power of the technique. With less fingers being used, the technique becomes stronger.

Four-Finger Nukite: A decently strong, lightning-infused thrust performed with precisely four of A's fingers. This strike is powerful enough to break through a variety of robust defences with relative ease.

Three-Finger Nukite: A fairly strong, lightning-infused thrust performed with precisely three of A's fingers. This strike is effective against even malleable materials that usually handle an attack by dissipating its force.

Two-Finger Nukite: An exceptionally strong, lightning-infused thrust performed with only two of A's fingers. This strike of capable of inflicting great damage upon impact, creating a shock wave powerful enough to send objects within short range of it flying backwards some meters.

One-Finger Nukite: A lightning-infused thrust known as the "strongest spear" and performed with one finger. The sheer concentration of lightning chakra is so great that it extends well beyond the finger in a lone point. It is powerful enough to easily sever all of Gyūki's tails during an encounter, and in a single instance, at that. In addition, it is able to pierce even the Third's Lightning Release Chakra Mode and leave a prominent scar.

As Genos goes to swing his sword his opponent moves in a flash around him. He can sense him as he moves (YY sensory has x4 tracking). With not much time at all, Genos simply uses his sword as a medium releasing a pulse of chakra through it in the form of wind release, empowered by the sword itself, creating a barrier of wind around him to push everything away. The wind would slow the blow and negate the lightning but the punch itself would make it through hitting Genos sending him up into the sky. Due to his Yang powers, he takes -30 damage from all physical clashes, leaving him unharmed but still sent in the air by the momentum.

Description: This technique utilizes wind chakra into the users sword and then they release a vortex of wind that surrounds the users body and can push away materials covering the users body.

His opponent would jump in the air to follow up on the attack caught in his own momentum. Now it was Genos turn. Just as he was about to be struck, Genos entire body created a mass of cannon's through the use of nanobots flowing throughout his body. He would release a gaint blast of fire all around the man while he was in the air, nova charging his blast. This fire was pure fire containing no chakra at all, blasting down incinerating the man like a rocket launching off.

Description: This is an advanced technology based on nano bots flowing through the users body, connected to all their technology. These nanobots will rapidly move, binding together to form cannons/lasers etc from the users body in a various array depending on the users need. What's unique about this is rather that use the users chakra, it will activate off signals the user sends through their technology for form this weaponry. From here it will uses the batteries charged within the nanobots to activate. Alternatively they can use the energy that has been absorbed through other technology such as the chakra absorption arm. From here these cannons can use the mechanics of technology to fire an assortment of ranged attacks.

Lightning: The batteries or chakra will be used to fuel the mechanics that the nanobots form to create a mini turbine that will generate static electricity that is then fired from the cannon/cannon's formed on the users body. This can be released as large burst or focused beam, depending on how the cannon was originally formed.

Fire: The nanobots will form a scaled down version of a jet engine, using the chakra/batteries to create bursts of fire which can be fired in a focused beam or in a large blast. This can be used for offensive reasons or even used as a means to propel the user.

Batteries: This betters hold energy in each nano bot which when used would be the equivalent of 40 chakra points. What this means is the batteries in the nano bots will only be able to fire one S rank in total or 2 B ranks for example. After this these bots will be drained until the user uses other technology to recharge them for this. Alternatively the user can passively recharge them by fuelling 40 chakra into them himself.

Note: None of these blasts contain chakra as advanced technology is used to create the effects. The chakra is only used to fuel the device.

Description: This is a unique technique where a cyborg will over charge their enhancement while performing a technique. By releasing a surge of chakra into the technology, they will cause it to operate at its maximum capacity, converting the chakra to electrical energy to increase the overall output. This can have a series of effects. In the case of offensive jutsu it will translate to increasing the damage of the jutsu by +20 damage points. In the case of supplementary and defensive jutsu it will translate a little differently. In the case of defensive jutsu, it will increase it's defensive power by 1 rank up to a maximum of S rank. This can be used in the same time frame as when activating a piece of technology.

Note: Usable 3 times lasting 3 turns, once per turn and only be used on a piece of tech once in general.
Note: If a piece of technology is buffed by this nova charge, its abilities can't be used in the following turn of this running out due to the device potentially overheating.

The man started transforming and released a blast of fire but this fire is fueled by chakra because he didn't sense why kind of chakra in this technique. He deactivates his lightning technique and armor and does a straight punch with his right hand. He released a large amount of water in the shape of a hand. This would disperse the fire and continue on towards his opponent as Oro is falling back to the ground. He looks up at his opponent while hitting the ground with his feet as he finally made it down.

The fire having a disadvantage would clash with the water, negating each other, leaving full cloud of steam between the two. With vision blocked on both fronts it would come down to sensory and thanks to Genos's Yin/yang sensory, he knew exactly where his opponent was. Knowing he had to rely on his sensory, he assumed his opponent would have to do the same. The logical response would be to use something that didn't require chakra, while taking advantage of the steam. From his arm, his Kote would release a capsule down through the steam to his falling opponent. This would pass through the steam, and release the A rank water dragon within within short range of the opponent as he goes to release his lightning.:

Description: The Shinobi Gauntlet (忍小手, Shinobigote), often shortened to just Gauntlet (小手, Kote), is a scientific ninja tool that is worn on the forearm. The Gauntlet was developed as a way to allow anyone to use complicated jutsu without the need for training or the requisite skills.To use, Scroll Cartridges that have had jutsu sealed into them are loaded into the Gauntlet's chamber. At first appearing as a normal sealing scroll, upon absorbing a technique it shrinks down to the size similar to a real bullet and can then be loaded into a tool to be activated later. When a nature transformation technique is activated from a Scroll Cartridge, the user make a unique single handed hand seal corresponding to the intended jutsu's nature using the hand of the arm that the Gauntlet is worn on. This causes the Gauntlet to release the jutsu from its Scroll Cartridge, firing it wherever the Gauntlet is aimed. Because the Gauntlet's jutsu require no chakra to perform, the user can gain an advantage in battle by releasing what would normally be chakra-taxing techniques in quick succession.

Description: After performing a long series of handseals: Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird, the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; normal ninja will produce the basic A-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.

At the exact same time as he releases the capsule from the kote, he would release 4 drones from his back, he would stand on one drone that would move up and forwards, while the other three spread out in a triangle formation around his opponent mid range, all unleashing a volley of fire from all directions. The two in front of him would use passive shots as a distraction, shooting fire from within the steam, while the one that went behind would shoot the one numbing shot costing a move:

He is met with a water technique that just seems to appear in his short range area. He reacts by shooting a burst of chakra from the soles of his shoes that moves him backwards that lets the dragon hit the ground face first. As he moved backwards he sensed chakra from different directions coming towards his location.

Riding his drone as the dragon is unleashed, with his YY sensing he can sense that the man dodged his dragon, causing it to hit the ground. While his drones continued to fire, genos would use the nano bots in his chest to form a set of speakers, that would continue to release the sound waves to bind his opponent in an illusion. So far he'd proven his strength, his speed, and the only thing left was to bind him, this seemed the best way. The man will hear the sounds and be left writhing in pain, even for a man of that stature, causing him to love control of their chakra flow. While this happened the the bullets would hit the man stunning him complete.

Description: The most powerful sound illusion to be created, A Century of Torture at the Hands of a Banshee is a deviant technique, capable of rendering even the most powerful of enemies riddled with fear. The user will focus his sound chakra into a sound he will produce and which will carry the illusion and trigger it on any enemy that hears it. The illusion triggered is simple but surprisingly effective in all its simplicity: pain. Anyone who hears the sound will feel unimaginable amounts of pain all over their body to such an extent that they may even vomit and lose control of their chakra flow. Upon facing such pain, the enemy will lose control over his body and spasm as they curl to try and alleviate the pain. The longer the target is caught in the illusion the more severe the effect is. The illusion however is just that: an illusion. The pain isn't real or associated with any bodily aspect or damage. The user must, however, sustain the inducing sound and focus into his chakra flow (not being able to mold chakra at the same time) to sustain the effects of the illusion as when the sound ends, the enemy stops feeling the pain and recovers virtually immediately. Sounds that can trigger the illusion and carry it can vary from a whistle (very effective as it can be sustained for a lengthy time and be controlled), scream (less lengthy but easier to perform), music (if the user has a musical instrument), etc. If the sound is momentary, however, it will not induce an effective effect.

Note: while sustaining the sound, the user cannot attack or move from his position, risking otherwise disturbing the sound he's producing and ending the illusion.
