Jiraiya HANDS DOWN!!! Trained a Hokage, and a frickin beast (aka Naruto)... Nagato was amazing too, although he might have failed with him a bit as he wasnt there for him when Nagato was going astray....

ya about the failling with nagato thing, it was in the time of war and jiraiya took them in (nagato, konan and yahiko) to train them so they can protect themselves when they have to so that was his goal so once he finished training them he took off (already did what he waned to do) what happened after that had nothing to do with jiraiya (he already did what he waned to do and went on in the war) the way i see it he didn't fail nagato, acctually its nagato who failed jiraiya ...

hmmm not really hiruzen took oro, jiraiya and tsunade in his team to train them and they grew up around their sensei (he gave them a good example) and tought them well (they became the 3 sannin), oro being EVIL is not hiruzen's fault but NOT STOPPING ORO WHEN HE HAD TOO (like we all saw in the flash back, he couldn't kill oro coz he loved him) that was where hiruzen failed and his mistake was the reason he died, but i can't deny that hiruzen was A GREAT LEGENDARY SENSEI and my second favorite

2)how to learn to be a good person.
3)how to guide them have brief.
4)how to improve their students.

Ok, it seems so complicated. Let me try to make it simple for you guys

The simple way to determine who is the best sensei: Who can teach his students to have a powerful chakra & Jutsu.

lol hmmm .... what i mean is jiraiya (like hiruzen) was a GOOD guy who gave his students a great example and was a good role model so nagato turning bad when he grew up abit and jiraiya was long gone is out of jiraiya's control (bad circumstances) and has nothing to do with him, nagato is the one who forgot his sensei's beliefs and morals the moment he became PAIN, he wasn't a child when yahiko died (hanzo's trap) so he is responsible for his actions ....

Hiruzen did not teach Jiraiya about true peace ideology .... Jiraiya learned it himself through his travels

Hiruzen's student Orochimaru turned evil and Hiruzen had a chance to kill him before he left the village but Hiruzen let him go

Jiraiya's student nagato turned evil ,Jiraiya fought him to the death and found his secret so that naruto can stop him .... when naruto actually met nagato he used jiraiya's own ideology of true peace to change him into a gud guy ...then nagato saved the entirre village including pa,kakashi and many more

Jiraiya taught Minato,yahiko,konan,nagato who were all good people in their death and died to save or defend others
Jiraiya's disciple naruto is still fighting to bring true peace to the world

Jiraiya is the best sensei deal with it
