2)how to learn to be a good person.
3)how to guide them have brief.
4)how to improve their students.

The simple way to determine who is the best sensei: Who can teach his students to have a powerful chakra & Jutsu.

Minato blows as a sensei considering one of his students is dead fodder(Rin) and the other is an evil friend zone loser maniac pyscho, hellbent on ruling the world. If 2 out of your 3 students suck then you failed as a sensei IMO. Jirayah was good with minato and naruto but then f*cked up with nagato and konan so its a tough call for him. 3 was really good. Asuma would probably be the best. Kurenai blows because she is fodder since all she is good for is getting banged by Asuma and lord only knows who else has in the village......

For me Jiraya is the best Sensei

The legendary sannin (especially jiraiya) must be the best senseis in the entire series. Jiraiya taught naruto so many different things, not only fighting but also the meaning of life. He even taught him the fourth hokage’s rasengan which is now naruto’s signature technique. He taught him the summoning and how to escape genjutsu.


Minato was a great sensei in terms of teaching. He taught everyone lots of things, but because he wasn’t able to protect the members of his team in the end i might say that he is in fact a terrible sensei.

Guy is a good sensei too, his team could do lots of things together if they really wanted to. Guy even trained Lee to his very limit, I mean even though he wasn’t good at ninjutsu or genjutsu he never gave up, he decided to teach Lee everything about taijutsu.

Tsunade during the time skip pushed sakura so hard, her strength was dramatically increased and her knowledge about medical ninjutsu.

Orochimaru taught sasuke lots of different things including how to use genjutsu, use the curse mark properly and summonings. He acquired a remarkable speed and strength, his power was way beyond what naruto had imagined.

Kakashi, he taught his students from the actual combat, though there are so many accident things happened and that he had stop the teaching for the team 7, but he still have a big inflection to their students.

So tell you thoughts.

Jiraya I'm my personal opinion. To me it's more than Justus training or chakra but the life lessons he thought that makes him my favorite
