i disagree hiruzen<madara<hashirama

prime hiruzens strength comes from pure hype alone

that is a terrible argument. so6p is technically hype alone, so are you saying because we have never seen him fight he is not strong?

Let this please end this thread.

I AM NO fanboy, as I have said this before the third should have chosen a successor as soon as the fourth died, instead of just waiting until his death. My logic is fanboyless and really has no holes.

The third took on Oro who was definitely kage level, partial first and partial second at the same time - all while at the age of 69 and we know for a fact he was much weaker than in his prime. Even if he was at his max strength at that age he could have been considered at top ten from that fight alone.

Many characters including one of the smartest in the series (oro) called him the strongest hokage period - a "god of shinobi".

The third was taught by both first and second hokages, learning the best parts of both. He also went on to teach all three sannins and they each went on to spread that power. It is common knowledge that in the Naruto universe power breeds power.

And if all that isn't enough for you kiddies - Kishi said in an interview himself the third was the strongest/most capable hokage there ever was. How can you guys argue with that?

I AM NOT by any means a fanboy - just callin it like I see it.
If this does not end the thread literally nothing will.

The third > The first - no doubt they are comparable and would be a great match but the facts are facts.
