That is your own personal grouping on them. If we go by your grouping, then wouldn't it mean that Mr. 5's fruit is Admiral level too? Since his destructive potential is very big.
Enel has only showed Mantra. Being a logia doesn't mean you're nigh-unbeatable. I'd take Foxy with basic Haki mastery and a knife over Akainu any day.
Experience means jack shit in OP? Ace fought Jinbe for 5 days just means he's on Jinbe's level. Also, take note they fought on LAND. Ace trained with Luffy and Sabo for 10 plus years on Goa Kingdom, so he had a head start on kids his age when he became a pirate. He was being played with by WB. He fought Admirals? Like hell. He just matched Aokiji's fruit, but couldn't match Akainu's.
He has Haki, it's just that Akainu's fruit was a bad match for Ace's. What's so hard to understand there?

I am talking about Logia's. The reason all admirals have Logia fruits is because that's the only way for them to be equal in power. That's why if we go by current admirals we can say that Ace had an admiral level devil fruit, tho technically there's no such thing as admiral level fruit.

Yes, expierence means jack shit since Luffy and other Straw Hat are beating opponents that are way more expierenced than them.
I am talking about Stamina. If he could fight for 5 days it means he has high stamina like admirals. Plus, that was 3 years before Marinford, obviosly he upped himself while being with WB pirates.
Not sure what the first part means but ,yes , he didn't really fight admirals. Nonetheless he could showcase his powers after a weak of torture.
Huh, haven't seen him consciously using Haki Oo

I'm pretty sure he was already strong before. Also, I think the Admirals, any one of them would stomp Jinbe.
Crocodile, Buggy, Bon Clay, Mr. 2, and Mr. 3 could all use their powers too. It's not a case of being Admiral level, it's a case of being ... battle hardened, I guess.
Haven't seen Boa Hancock use Haoushoku too, does that mean she doesn't have it?

Yes, I know there's no such thing as levels in OP just titles and plot-shield but admirals are the closest thing to having a level of their own and it's because they all are almost equal unlike other groups of titles (Shichibukai, Yonko, Super Novas, Vice-Admirals etc)
Current admiral level requirements(Aokiji, Kizaru, Kuzan) :
*Destructive Logia
*Expierance
*High Stamina
*High Resistance
*Haki
Maybe something more I can't think of but you get the point. If random fodder marine suddenly obtained all this he would be on par with other admirals which would make him admiral level.

Sengoku was an Admiral at one point. Garp never had any fruit, and he was recruited many times to become Admiral. Both had no Logia fruits. Coby at this point doesn't have any fruit, only Rokushiki and Kenbunshoku Haki.
Yeah, I get what you're saying, but you're just creating your own criteria of power. Maybe if we made a universal criteria of power, then everything would be better.

-first of all there are only 3 spots for admiral position so the bar is higher. and there a lot of pirates that fit u requirements for being admiral level. ace being one of them
-the warlords are chosen for various reasons some of which are political and there are 7 spots that is why there are variations.
random fodders don't just appear u have to go through the ranks
