Imo Prime Jin Hagoromo is on par with Kagyua and Current Madara, but of course None Jin Hagoromo got surprassed lastest chapter.

the "third" eye symbol on top is basically a reference to their mastery over something. (i made a little thing about this a while back).

Yin seal - chakra control mastery

Hashirama's SM - SM mastery

Rikudou's forehead tatoo- Rinnegan mastery

Kaguya's 10-tomoe - Sharingan mastery.

Also, Kishimoto made Rikudou himself state that Kaguya was the most powerful. Also, as for what you said about "you don't think rikudou was reffering to him being a jinchuriki when he compared himself to Madara".. well actually Rikudou's "power" = Juubi's jin. Rikudou really isn't "GOD level" without being a jinchuriki... So yea.

I disagree, it is only use of common sense to know that bigger amount of something is bigger then smaller amount of something lol and yes until Kishi states otherwise having more raw chakra makes you stronger in chakra amount simply as that. Also, The mark/tattoo on Hagoromo's forehead + the fact from the lastest chapter that anyone with Double Rinnegan(most likely Madara meant Original user) being close to the moon can awake Third eye aka Juubi eye. We know that Only Madara and Hagoromo awakened Rinnegan as original users. Now considering that Hagoromo has double Rinnegan(Original user) + was once Ten tails host of Complete Ten tails it is safe to assume that Hagoromo also had Third Eye aka Juubi's eye then... it could also explain how Sasuke acquired Nine tomoes Rinnegan because Naruto and Sasuke would only get someting which Sage had.

Now my theory about tattoo/mark on Hagoromo's forehead is either that he sealed this eye because he didn't want to follow his Mother's footsteps/considered it evil or Once he extracted Ten tails beast he lost Third eye but it left empty hole of eyesocket in his forehead which looked ugly or bothered him so he placed seal on it to cover it. It could be due to Kishi hide for Hagoromo's look sake or to keep us surprised when Sasuke then Madara get this eye.

Complete Full power Shinjuu is around moon buster. It means Hagoromo with assistance of his brother took on moon buster opponent.

It also makes hagoromo recreating moon feat even more impressive because creating requires more energy then destroying.
