What do you think of Naruto's mindset involving Obito?

Re: Naruto (Character) Hate is Justified

Well I'm done, I will try to enjoy Naruto without these stupid threads that just gives me the impression of you don't know how to read a book and understand the main characters and the symbolism in the story these guys don't know art like my teachers says when you read the book more than once you will notice the themes and all the other shit that was blind to you before.
You're too simpleminded to understand Naruto's flaws so you get angry when someone disagrees.

Pretty much what 50% of this thread is doing.

Re: Naruto (Character) Hate is Justified

why not if people in narutoverse praised mass murdered itachi like hero.
Completely different. Itachi had to do that for the greater good. Not to mention if Itachi didn't do that, not only would the Uchiha be destroyed but also the citizens of Konoha. Obito killed people like Neji because he wanted to break Naruto's spirit
That's why i said he should read all of those last 4 panels and take context into account. And so should you.

What feelings are you talking about. Those people you mentioned had nothing to do with Narutos comments, that's the fact. But you fail to admit it.
Yes they do, what are you talking about. Naruto is calling a person who killed his friends and countless other shinobi cool. Imagine if someone killed your whole family and another person called that guy cool, would you be happy about that?

Re: Naruto (Character) Hate is Justified

Are you kidding? Their parents were killed by Obito, yet they have nothing to do with Naruto saying Obito is the "coolest guy"? How would you feel if your best friend called the murderer of you parents or your family member the "coolest guy ever"?

Do you know your problem now?, you are focused too much on Obito. I agree and it true he is a bad guy. However you should also look at Naruto, his feelings and what he said before he made that comment.

I would not spoon feed you, you figure it out yoursef.

they're both mass murderers but by diffetent reasons.
And those reasons don't matter???
XD

Sorry, to butt in, but I also asked you to explain your reasoning a while ago and you kinda ignored it. You said that Naruto was only referencing the Hokage position, but I am still in the dark as to how you came to that conclusion. If you u can't properly eloquate your reasoning then u should just say so.

I know he has flaws like the rasengan variations and other stuff but most of the flaws that were posted were false or misunderstood

I agrer Obito is a bad guy and needs to go to hell but you should read the whole manga, look at the contex in which Naruto is speaking before coming to conclusion.

I understand that NARUTO felt a bond with Obito, but it ties into what the OP was saying, did Naruto take into consideration anyone else's feelings about him? No.

True, Obito was the coolest person (from Naruto's standpoint and possibly Kakashi's as well) but any rational person, upon hearing that and what was done recently, not even a day ago, wouldn't really like Naruto saying that. It is like Naruto took a shit on Neji's corpse (figuratively). I am sorry but myself, as well as realistic people, just do not agree with your ideals.

That sounds like Danzo. He thought his way was for the good of the world as well. Itachi however was a child forced to make a decision in which there was massive loss no matter what he did. Itachi just chose the lesser of two evil, because he felt that these were his only choices.

And that way is wrong. Instead of letting people find peace their own way, he decided his way was the right way and everyone else's is wrong.

So, that's your reason for equating Itachi and Obito. His selfish resolve of trying to accomplish the IT to make everyone happy brings you to the conclusion that he is a not a bad character?

The only reason why you are defending Obito right now is because he believes in Naruto and has been converted into a Naruto fanboy, while you turn on Itachi because he's an Uchiha.

Your mind is flawed just like Naruto's.

Itachi himself admitted that his decision was a mistake.

That wasn't even obitos idea to begin with, so its not really his resolve. He did carry it out however that's the same case as itachi.

I know the so called "realistic" people you are talking about, but so am I. You see again Neji and the rest had nothing to do with Narutos comments.

When I say comments I ment all of it and not just a part of it that you guys are standing on just to bash Naruto.
For example you guy are only interested in "He is the coolest guy in the world". What about "Obito wanted to become the Hokage", should we just sweep that part under the carpet huh?. You answer me.
