It was luck that Kuro-Zetsu met Madara and he also failed often that someone could awake the Rinnegan. Madara is something special even under the many incarnations^ ^He didn't also predicted that Madara would awake the Rinnegan, he believed that Madara could be the one who will awake the Rinnegan.

Actually it wasn't luck , he was always after Indra descendants. BZ also said he was certain Madara was going to awaken the Rinnegan. He didn't actually made a bet.

In this page when Madara stikes with what i imagine is black lightning, Sasuke teleports Naruto's Big Shiruken or what ever it is, because i simply do not know what Naruto threw. Then his eyes went to become 6 tomoe, in the same chapter he uses his S/T again then his rinnegan becomes 3t rinnegan after that he closes his eyes to recharge.

It wasn't until Madara made an attempt on Sasuke's Rinnegan that the latter used it again and maybe a second time to impale Madara while he was still in descent. It was moments in between that and the part where he shifts Madara between himself and Naruto, then used it again to catch up to Madara when after Madara has Kakashi's Sharingan. At least that's what i saw.

I didn't catch that guy's reply so I'm going to give a response here. The first time he swapped a stone with himself to escape Madara's Raiton tech. The second time he replaced his sword with his own self. The third time he replaced Madara with probably some object from the ground.
All of these times he had more than ample time to get ready for his tech. That doesn't qualify as spamming,continuously on each case. Hiraishin is what we call spamming without need to get ready physically ( not counting placing the seal).

You are probably right as to how it went on, but just like you i was trying to make a point that he can use it a maximum of 3 times before he has to recharge his eye.
