That would make sense if Sasuke wasn't fighting against a God and using alot more taxing techniques than Itachi or other non Rikudou ninja. Just reading the manga would tell us that much. Sasukes stamina isn't bad but he still needs to re cooperate. He doesn't have bijuus to restore his chakra.

So you need a chat box in exclamation marks all the times to specify he needs to get it ready ? A fresh Sasuke who just had received Hagoromo's chakra used it thrice and had a lot of time to get rest for it while Naruto was dealing with him and the Limbos. He never spammed it like Hiraishin continuously. Just the fact that he couldn't escape Kaguya's reach told you this a long time ago.

I'm no Sasuke fan. But I think Kishi needs to get his power consistent. Sometimes he can spam eye powers and other times he can do one thing and becomes useless for a little while. Kishi needs to make up his mind before he completely ruins Sasuke's abilities

In this page when Madara stikes with what i imagine is black lightning, Sasuke teleports Naruto's Big Shiruken or what ever it is, because i simply do not know what Naruto threw. Then his eyes went to become 6 tomoe, in the same chapter he uses his S/T again then his rinnegan becomes 3t rinnegan after that he closes his eyes to recharge.

I would recommend you to read that entire chapter and another if possible, I'm not really good commentator or explainer lol.
Although i do agree with you that his technic isn't as powerful as everyone thought to be. People can counter it if they know how it works.

And he undoubtedly knew Sasuke could use Amaterasu in the Hachibi fight. The panel comes after that.
