OT : It was a surprise attack. She did damage that does not in any way means that Shin is extraordinarily durable. Neither Naruto nor Sasuke have been able to connect their attacks on him, so we can't really say that since Sakura did a lot more damage, she has improved. So it is like before, she loses to Hebi or MS Sasuke and SM Naruto.
