Just saying it doesn't really prove anything. I'll assume they are the same speed. Naruto's FRS cannot break Susanoo. Sasuke has amaterasu, enton shield/manipulation if he chooses as well as sasanoo arrow. He also has genjutsu. Naruto just has a much larger chakra reserve. So how does he win.
-His SM sensing would enable him to sense the chakra built up of amaterasu and can either dodge it prior to the attack, or can block the LoS of Sasuke, in-order to counter the attack
--He can create many shadow clones and can get each of them to fire off FRS, COFRS and Rasengan barrages as these attacks would bypass all of sasukes susanoo variants,
Naruto can use Frog Call to momentarily paralyze sasukes movements as the sound genjutsu would make sasuke lose his susnaoo and allow naruto to effectively finish him off, or naruto can get his KB to attack, whilst the real one preps Frog Song which is also giving him the win
CQC is also more advantageous for Naruto due to him having superior speed and reflexes thanks to SM, and being able to overwhelm sasuke through frog katas, as naruto having the KB, SM sensing, as well as Ma&Pa
