I'm talking about Hago's comment that, 'Combining Ashura's & Indra's chakra would bring out the Rinnegan...'. So, the one who originally awakens Rinnegan has Indra's and Ashura's powers combined or have I missed something..?

Six Path Senjutsu is the body equivalent of Rinnegan yet Indra's Mangekyo rivalled it that's the point I'm trying to make lol. The author screwed up the power levels by the end of the manga.

Because Ashura had RSM which is the closest thing to being a JuubiJin, two MS abilities alone wouldn't be enough to equal that level of power.

Ashura wasn't even close to a Juubi-Jin or Naruto. He had RSM but only his own chakra unlike all other RSM-users. The ability to negate ninjutsu was enough to equal Indra. Also, Indra having all MS-abilities is nothing but your own fanfiction.

And Indra could have had all MS abilities because Uchiha DNA is his own just like Sharingan and Rinnegan DNA are Kaguya's.

TBH , I'd say that there is no set power level for MS as a whole. It really just depends on the techniques an individual gets.
Example: Obito's MS eyes are amongst the most powerful in the NV due to the epicness of Kamui. Meanwhile Shin's MS basically just makes him a glorified Tenten. Do you see what I mean?

Rinne sharingan had the power of both sharingan and rinnegan. Sharingan did not derive from rinnegan it already existed as component of rinnesharingan. So It is not a downgraded version but it's own unique features.

He isn't, Rinnegan chakra consists of Indra and Ashura's chakra combined. Sasuke was given Hagoromo's chakra which is equal to Indra + Ashura therefore he has Ashura's power as well.

Yes? quite handily too I'd say. Deva and Petra alone are going to be a lot for Susanoo to handle. Limbo and Amenotejikara would be great counters as well.

limbo would just drag the fight not counter, ameno wouldn't work since susanoo is self sustained chakra, so he couldn't pull him out of susanoo, and PS could tank shinra tensei depending on whose susanoo it is.

Limbo was easily knocking around bijuu's and can't be seen by sharingan users, it's going to be doing more than just stalling. Ameno won't work because you say it won't? U_UU_U Madara got pulled from a Susanoo so it's not like they are physically linked. Yeah but tank shinra tensei for how long? And you're assuming a rinnegan user would sitting there if ST was not effective.
