As I said, being able to see the arrow doesn't mean being able to dodge the arrow. Danzo was directly in front of the arrow (where he could see it clear as day) and couldn't get away in time.

1. The arrow is faster than rasenshuriken
2. The paths can't react to it. They barely dodged rasenshuriken, it hit them when it expanded, rasenshuriken was already at them.
3. If rasenshuriken made it there, then something faster should do the same.

Sosp will eventually tire sasuke out, even if he does take them out he won't do it before deva path finishes recovery. After that deva path takes him out.

Danzo would win because of izanagi usage plus naruto would have no intel on it. Once naruto gets close enough to danzo, he will trap him in the curse seal and naruto can't escape it.

Animal path isn't a problem because Amaterasu could catch it before it could let the summonings loose. The rest of the fodder paths doesn't even matter deva path is easily shot down with a Susanoo arrow or Amaterasu. Chakra won't be a problem since he has Katsuya to replenish it at anytime.
