The only way I see Danzo winning is KA or Naruto's SM running out.
With SM intact, Danzo can't ever harm Naruto. For Sasuke, this has to
be fully developed MS with vision fully restored for Sasuke to win. Summons
get Amaterasu'd. Asura Path is easy to take care of. Taking down Preta
and Human Path are necessary. After preta's dead though, everything else
comes easily, as long as Sasuke can pull it off for Deva gets his powers back.

Pain Stomps Sasuke. Preta Path would render everything sasuke has as useless. And Sasuke has no way to deal with multiple summoning spams. A constant overuse of susanoo and amaterasu would drain his chakra and damage his eyes.

Naruto wins as izanagi blindsides will not work with his sensing, speed, reactions and clones. If he has the two clones prepped, he should handily win. If not, he still wins but with more difficulty as pain arc base Naruto along with boss summons are more than capable of holding danzou off while one of naruto's clones or the original re-enters sennin mode. If ma and pa are there, naruto takes this with a lot less diff.

Sasuke loses. preta path messes him up as he's not the CQC taijutsu beast that SM Naruto is, he would also have to waste a lot of chakra on amaterasu in order to take care of the boss summons, and once deva's powers come back there's really not much he can do especially if it's deva + preta combo.

Amaterasu gets absorbed off of the paths before it kills them. And for every move Sasuke makes, pain makes 6. So if he fires an arrow, it gets preta'd while he has to deal with boss summons, missiles and lasers.

Not only that but naraka path can just stick really close to preta and revive any paths that happen to get hit by the arrows.

pain dodge the rasenshuriken, it's only because it expanded that they were hit by it. It's not just about seeing something, shared vision greatly increases one's ability to react to stuff. Kabuto implied that when he tried to use shared vision to cover up nagato's immobility, and SM sensing giving the user better reactions implies that as well.

@bold: Where do you get this from? Shared vision allows the user to see from multiple areas, in this case 6 fields of vision. It doesn't make them unable to be hit.

Yet with shared vision Nagato's summons got kunai in their eyes. Being able to see =/= being able to react.
