Does it really matter whether or not TSM gives the benefits of speed when it's sensing abilities more than makes up for it?

Raikage was noted to have speed compareble to the Ay. Whether or not he was going at his full speed or is equally fast/faster than ay is speculation.

Naruto in TSM allowed him to sense and react fast enough to curve the speed difference if there was one.

Plus, KCM and BM alone is fast enough. Combined with TSM then it's speed and sensing.

That leads me to theorize that Naruto can actually stop limiting his speed in KCM and BM if he uses TSM in conjunction with the two forms.

The sensing would allow him to react and sense where he's going.

SM is like Sharingan. It can see the opponent, if the body of the user will not be fast enough... it simply wont help. Thats why feat against 3rd Raikage is legit. There is no proof that Kabuto is faster or slower than Naruto.

You haven't proven the 3rd was moving at his full speed at that time. The manga proved during Naruto encounter with the 4th Raikage that just because a character is using speed doesn't mean they are using their full speed. Naruto and the 4th Rakage used several different levels of speed during their encounter.

Going back and looking at that scene with Dodai, Naruto and 3rd Raikage it's easy to conclude the 3rd was not moving at full speed because he was in midair. No character (except character who can fly) can move at their full speed while jump or moving through the air since there is nothing to keep their momentum going.

Dodai was impressive with his handseal and jutsu speed. Different characters are fast in different areas.

If naruto feat was all time Kishi would have had him stand still and wait for the 3rd raikage to attack him not charge at him.
