Which Six Paths state is better? Juubi Jinchuuriki or RSM? Please explain! I don't know which one is superior, aside from JJ being immortal, what else is the diference in stats?

Well according to the DB RSM has better speed and sensing as well as the supposed comprehension of all creation

JJ form grants virtual immortality, better healing and 10 TSB instead of 9

They're literally the same though under Naruto's circumstances, his is better because he can use Kurama's Bijuu Mode on top of Rikudou Senjutsu.

Juubi Jin don't have infinite chakra.

Better control over TSB is dependent on the user. Madara displayed nothing special with TSB at all that Naruto didn't. At least with Naruto, his manipulation was more impressive through using them to create BDFRS.

They're the same mode essentially except for one being from the ten-tails while the other from the collective nine-tailed beasts. Their reaction speeds are similar as stated by the Databook but the more chakra a ten-tails' host has the faster and stronger they get.

Kaguya's chakra isn't infinite and she possesses more chakra than the Juubi.
