But he is. Naruto was making 1000 clones without breaking a sweat and still summon Gamabunta. Bolt makes 30 clones, uses Stream and is down for the count. The genes have become too diluted.

That could be a plot hole. But I don't doubt for a second that within the Uchiha clan everyone were pure bloods. Salad can't use Sharingan for more than a few minutes without panting. Sasuke and Itachi and Obito can keep Sharingan activated for 24 hours on end. Salad is also he only Uchiha who is stuck for this long on 1T. We were hardly shown any 1T Uchihas because they usually progressed fast to 2T.

It's complete nonsense that Sharingan consumes chakra for everyone. If that's the case for Salad on 1T she will be on her deathbed in a few seconds after using Mangekyo Sharingan.

Kakashi a none Uchiha was able to keep his Sharingan on for 24/7 against Naruto and Sakura in the bell test.

You can't have the talent or benefit from it if you don't have the abilty to do the same, one is contingent on the other. It's like saying such and such has inherited his fathers talent, the father is a world class high jumper, the child would need the ability and the gentic material to be able to produce the sams results otherwise he doesn't have the talent. Anyway the Uchiha inherited the sage's dojutsu, chakra and spirtual energy. According to the manga strong chakra gene and exceptional chakra is a clan thing. Even Itachi with his aids and below average chakra due to it was able to pull of chakra taxing feats including always having an active Sharingan.

The Boruto anime especailly last 2 episodes were blatant nerfing especially when conpared to her previous chakra use.

Sorry to disappoint you. Sasuke never had the body of a direct descendant of Otsutsuki. And that's why Hagoromo is in his level. And Kaguya in hers.
