But he is. Naruto was making 1000 clones without breaking a sweat and still summon Gamabunta. Bolt makes 30 clones, uses Stream and is down for the count. The genes have become too diluted.

Agreed. The nerf is clear as the day.
- Sarada was stated to have fairly good amount of chakra in the Boruto DB (even more than Boruto, and he never runs out of chakra, even though he spams his clones).
- Sarada has CES and Genjutsu affinity, in other words, very precise (if not perfect) chakra control
- She stated that she trains her Sharingan
You see, it doesn't make any sense for her to have stamina issues while using her Sharingan. Considering all of the above, Sarada should be able to use her Sharingan perfectly without wasting a single drop of chakra. There is no reason for this other than nerf.
Either nerf OR her Sharingan is waaaay too potent that she can't handle it perfectly just yet.

You're wrong. Hogaromo is the sage of 6 paths the Rinnegan is from Rokudo chakra or Hogaromo's power. Of that power Sarada inherited the 1/2 that Indra inherited direcrly from a Rokudo Rinnegan user. Therefore is Indra's equivalent in her relationship to Saskue.
The proof os Sarada inherited Sasuke's (Indra's) talent.
Sasuke was Indra then became Rokudo Sennin. Rokudo Sennin child = Indra.

That's not how it works she's the child of somebody who has rokudo chakra (Rinnegan) flowing through his veins. She's like Indra was to Hogaromo. Anyway by that logic all Uchiha are less than the original they still carry the Sharingan with which they carry Indra's powerful chakra, Spiritual energy eyes. If the genes have been passed on then they're dominant over her being a 1/2 breed.
That's not the reason for it, Naruto's vast stamina and endurance originate from Kurama not from his genes. Boruto doesn't host kurama like Naruto does and therefore isn't the same and neithwr is Kurama a KKG he can pass on.
Hogaromo was talking to Naruto and he was right about him and he said it's not always the case.

Its chakra only one making mistake is you , Gaara who doesn't even move while fighting has perfect 5 while Rock Lee has 3,5 , its chakra find way to comprehend it.

By databook or not - Sarada should have Sasuke's strong chakra and perhaps Indra's as well, if Boruto was able to awaken jougan by all the mix chakra + Sakura's perfect chakra control should make her be more durable then she actually is

Indra always had stronger chakra then Ashura, same goes for Sasuke. Also Uchiha clan are known for powerful and sinister chakra
