[Discussion] Should men work in daycare and elementary?

I keep hearing other women (some not all) saying that men should not watch kids or work around young kids in school because they can so something sexual to the kids.I never heard any men saying this stuff. I honestly think it's sexist( is that the correct word...people can be sexist against men right?) to say that men should not being doing these jobs. I even questioned the women that has told me that and ask them if they though it would be fair if they were told that they couldn't do a certain job because they were woman and I told them that woman can do sexual things to kids also. I got answers like "That would not be fair." and "We have to be equal"or "I'll rather a woman because she probably isn't going to do anything to the kids" . < I think this is hypocrisy honestly because they said they want to be equal and it would not be fair but they discriminated again men.I got into an unnecessary argument about an hour ago with two ladies about this because I told them they were discriminating against men.

It's only sexist from the perspective of a naive ideal of equality.
