[Discussion] Should men work in daycare and elementary?

May be the people who hires elementary school teachers don't want to hire men because women will start making protests on lies that they are not paid equal.

I'd value the safety of my kids more than whether or not I'm discriminating.

1. It's just as safe to have a man working in a childcare facility as it is a woman, maybe more so in case of a physical threat from an intruder.

2. Even if it's for your child's safety, it's still discriminating, which is still wrong.

Men should have an equal chance just like women. I mean it's not like companies don't do background checks to see if people are pedophiles. And women can also sexually assault a child.

Those women that think so have some sort of complex because not all men, or people for that matter are the same.

Ppl also like to say that men can become pedophiles or 'touch' little boys if they have these jobs. That's stupid because they act like women can't be pedophiles as well. A woman could easily take a child in her class and molest them.

Ppl argue that most pedophiles are men but I think it's equal.The only difference is women arent caught as often or the women may get let off easier

Yea, that makes me think about how people think it's not possible for women to rape males.
