A blind Sasuke vs tens of thousands of insects, and insect clones that can disperse upon contact, planting the insects on their targets, and allowing them to be devoured is too much here.

How can the Sharingan use its visionary prowess when it's blinded/can't connect visually with its target? As well, Shino isn't a CQC fighter, except for the initial feints, along with the fact his insects are controlled through mental means. How would Sasuke's ability to track/predict muscle movement be of any use here against an mid-long range fighter?

I'm actually surprised someone who sticks up for an underdog like Neji, would even think Shino someone in the same tier as him, as well as being an underdog would lose to a simple Nagashi.

Said bugs were capable of tanking Zaku's sound jutsu, the same technique that sent multiple individuals aerial. Along with the fact Nagashi has never done any real damage to signify that it can, and will injure the insects. If anything, I'd like some evidence regarding Chidori Nagashi's ability to kill said chakra absorbing insects when it had no ill effects on team 7, outside of flinging them away.

Neji is my favorite character, but I don't think he can beat Hebi Sasuke. Sasuke overall have shown a better feats in the manga

Neji's feats in part 2 :

Getting owned by the clones of a clone of Kisame.......

Eventually beating the clones of a clone of Kisame.

Getting raped by Zetsu clones.

Eventually raping a Zetsu clone in return.

Thus leaving the biggest victory Neji has in part 2, is a clone AGAINST HIMSELF.

Meanwhile Hebi Sasuke has fought against Deidara, and Itachi.

And then joined the Akatsuki and fought a Juinchuriki despite not being fully recovered from his fight with Itachi.

Etc. etc.

I disagree, Hebi Sasuke would lose to Shino, just based on the fact that not only can Shino disable the Sharingan's visionary usage, but because of this Shino can set up an in-numerous amount of tactics vs the now blinded Uchiha.

I think you misunderstood how the technique works. Shino's insects devour on Chakra, the insect's body doesn't absorb the chakra. thus the insects would not be able survive Nagashi since it would not be able to eat electricity

Misunderstanding what technique? The insects ability to eat chakra isn't a technique, its their innate capability. The insects eat chakra, I never stated the insects body absorbs chakra, I've no idea where you've gotten that assertion. The insects are similar to Samehada in regards to their symbiotic relationship with their owner/hosts.

Samehada eats chakra — Shino's insects eat chakra. Samehada is capable of eating elemental chakra — Shino's insects are capable of eating natural energy of the Jubi, so they should be capable of eating elemental chakra, nothing points that they shouldn't be able to, everything points to they are capable of such.

Couple by the fact, that there's no direct evidence suggesting Nagashi has the capability to kill the insects, as it had no lethal effects on team 7, merely that assertion is terribly gathered assumption.

Shino's bugs are unpredictable. Predictability comes from the notion of being able to predict something — How can you predict insects who take commands mentally? How can you predict something that of which takes orders from the mind, rather than physical movement? You can't i.e unpredictability. Therefore Shino's insects are capable of eating/absorbing chakra, as well as natural energy. If they're capable of absorbing natural energy, they're capable of absorbing elemental chakra.

The Sharingan won't be able to depict the original from the fakes because chakra is still present, even more so the user's chakra. I've the impression you're going to attempt to rebuke this claim, and say those aren't Shino's insects, and that he didn't think it was an explosive bomb, so I'll rectify further — The poison smoke bomb exploded on contact with the insect shield, which is further insinuated by the "BOO-F" sound effect — Clearly Shino thought it to be a bomb hence his quote: "... This is a poison smoke bomb...!!" and before him saying this an exclamation mark insinuating surprise appeared. So yes, Shino clearly though Kankuro's projectile had been an explosive bomb.

Actually, they do when we're referencing Shino. His insects can take orders mentally, and vocally. If done so mentally, the ability to perceive/predict through physical means is canceled.

Someone with physic powers wants to harm you — You have the Sharingan. The man mentally wills an assault upon you, though you cannot perceive such because no "tells/signs" of physicality were shown/given. This makes the man's method of assault unpredictable.

Of course there still is the notion of reflex which can help one react to unpredictability, but my main point here is about unpredictability, which is what Shino clearly has to his advantage here. Speed isn't as much as a factor here as you'd believe, especially when Sasuke won't be capable of seeing through this.

They are controlled by him but they obviously still physically move thus the Sharingan will track them and Sasuke will be able to attempt to dodge. The effects would be the same as Deidara's nanobombs, except Sasuke would be blind, and unable to locate Shino based on the fact Shino would obscure himself inside of the populated area.

Sasuke's Sharingan is rendered ineffective — Coupled with the fact that Sasuke is unable to differentiate the original, and the fakes, an insect clone, or clones would be erected, and sent to engage Sasuke who would dispatch them. The clone(s) would harbor the Kidaichū, and would cannibalize Sasuke.

This doesn't even help. Blinding him using the bugs as a physical wall doesn't help when he has the means to go right through them, then we have the fact that this doesn't stop him from dodging him. Lmao this hardly renders the Sharingan useless. All it means is that Sasuke will have to use Ninjutsu to hit Shino will he's hiding in the midst of his insects.

-Sharingan is not rendered ineffective.
-Clones approach Sasuke and they are dispatched.
-If the Kidaichu try to attack after that they are also dispatched whether it be via Katon or Raiton. A Katon would kill them before they even showed themselves once hitting the clone regardless.

You're clearly oversimplifying this battle, overrating Shino's abilities to the max and of course underrating Sasuke's abilities and clear advantages which is what typically happens when people try to argue for the underdog.

Itachi's Fireball Jutsu surpasses anything Zaku can dream of bringing out, and Sasuke matches that with his own Fireball and far surpasses that with Dragon Flame and great Dragon flame. Not even gonna talk about the explosive bomb you keep mentioning with literally has no feats nor do you know how strong it is because it doesn't exist. What's ironic is that you claim Sasuke's Katon is featless yet when talking about the bug's durability feats you bring up Zaku. :lol Come on man.

Nothing you've posted supports them being able to absorb Ninjutsu either. You only repeated what you already stated in your reply to BLAZE. Being able to physically eat chakra doesn't mean you automatically absorb whatever touches your body. Hashirama's Mokuryu absorbs chakra when it bites someone/something yet it doesn't absorb any jutsu that touches it.
