Shino vs Gaara, Bug vs Sand.....i say shino will win

well not completely, im not convinced 
1. guren is a filler, so we dont know weather shino has the ability to suck up chakra of jutsus. his bugs didnt sense madaras jutsu before it started, so he cant suck chakra of preparations. and i see gaara winning against guren, she could block the first two, three jutsus and after that would be out of chakra.
2.shino is adeptive, but if he runs out of bugs, he's dead. and gaaras jutsus cover huge areas, so he can kill all bugs, no matter how scattered they are. to get the ability to become resistant against jutsus shino has to breed the resistant bugs, and he doesnt have usually time for this. and i dont think that there might be a resistance against pressure.
3.even if they are able to eat the chakra out of the sand, that doesnt change the fact that the sand remains, gaara is able to move tons of sand, and even if he cant control the sand anymore to smash some point, still tons of sand smash bugs, or at least bury them for the next few years.

keep in mind that gaara does not have the tailed beast in him. he too has a very limited amount of chakra. and shino it a better analyst than gaara. even in the episode when 4 persons came for gaara he battled a guy with chakra sucking abilities with is armor and eventually gaara lost the fight due to the fact that each time the sand attack the guy his amour sucked away all the chakra in that specific sand and then the sand turn lumpy/ a muddy look. and it was rock lee that rescued gaara from utter defeat. shino can also hide his bugs in the sand when its attacking and then when gaara returns his sand...BAMMMM gaara is down. such strategy plan out by none other than deidara himself who was triumphant over gaara using that trickwell not completely, im not convinced

well, first shinos attacks are not one-hits, especially because gaara has the sand-armor. they are chakra sucking, so the moment gaara gets hit by them he has a few seconds to crush them. second bugs arent made of clay, so they possibly wont survive being transported in the sand.
the part where gaara was defeated was (filler and) in naruto, where gaara didnt have these attacks as the ones he shew against deideira. it wasnt mentioned that gaara used his bijuu to perform these attacks, and gaara didnt transform, so we can assume that gaara has tons of chakra.
heard what u said " gaara used his bijuu to perform his attacks" which means gaara is noo longer a great shinobi without his tailed beast. if the first attack of gaara doesnt work once on shino or if it does, shino can adapt to any jutsu and it will never work again. in my opinion shimo is seen as an ideal kiilling machine. hes smart,deadly, attitude(acting cool) and he is always humble(soo does gaara but shino's humbleness it better).

Sino Bugs must first get close to Gaara to get Gaara's chakra, Insects never fly in a sand storm, or they lose their wings and antennas, Have you ever heard the term Sand Blast? It can peal skin off an animal,and clog openings. Insects bread air threw their skins. Sand stops that. Science one o one.

the bugs dont have to go to gaara to suck chakra. the bugs can suck the chakra out of the attacking sand,dry and leaving the sand with a muddy look. please read above before you post such a ridicule comment.

Bugs can not suck chakra if they can not bread air, Let see if you how long and you fight if your asphyxiating.
