When did Kiba bust a meteor? I think he's stronger than Shino, mostly because of how damn slow Shino's bigs are, so they are certainly no match for Kiba's speed. But Choji's just a massive target for his Man Eater bugs tbh, super bad match up imo. Lee wins obviously.

How are the bugs approaching through the debris and shock-waves if Shino can't? Even if they got into contact, they're too tiny to have any noticeable effect when their caster would literally look like an ant himself.

It'd have to be the size of a small mountain to even contend. Shino's go-to bugs have wings and are blown away effortlessly.

The reason I put shino above neji is I think he's smart enough to exploit nejis weakness like kidomaru. I honestly consider shino kage level. He could be as deadly as hanzo if they allowed him to be. Even in the boruto episode even tho he was nerfed we could glimpse how OP he truly is commanding all bugs.

As for chouji the way I see him is he has a impressive ability that's easily exploitable for that reason I don't even consider him high jonin level.

Chouji's war feats just escalate Chouji on a different scale to the one he should be on, few seem to comprehend the sheer magnitude of fighting something larger than Godzilla with a Shinobi's mind. Forget his Butterfly Bomb, Human Boulder or Chakra attacks, all he has to do is move his foot to defeat a standard platoon of shinobi. A belly flop takes out a large amount of Konoha.

God knows why Kishimoto made him so unreasonably powerful but the scale makes many 'he's a bigger target now' arguments invalid due to that attacks' new minuscule size in comparison. Speed is negated out by mammoth scale unless we're talking about FTG level stuff.

If Shino can get in close those man eater bugs get Choji easily. Thats a big if though. Choji still takes it.

Beside Team 7, Chouji, Hinata, Lee are stronger too... Shikamaru's main strength lies in outsmarting his opponents, so he would probably defeat Shino too... Neji is dead or he'd be definitely stronger... That leaves out only two who (might be) weaker than him
