You don't have to be immortal to be considered omnipotent, look up the meaning and you'll see the SO6P's can be considered omnipotent.
Omnipotent beings are basically unkillable, if an omnipotent is defeated he isn't omni, he's nigh omni, or probably not even nigh, cosmic entities at best, unless their feats prove so, show me the sage doing reality warping on a universal scale?
