Beyonder isn't even omni, he's nigh omnipotent and has shown way better feats then the sage, u can't just assume he is omnipotent when he hasn't even done anything on a cosmic scale or even reality warped universaly...pre retcon beyonder has cosmic manipulation, and isn't even a physical being, he's non-corporeal, he has no form, a mulitversal reality warper and has the granted ability to erase concepts and ifinite speed (somewhat omnipresent). And any high tier reality warper separates the sage on atomic level.
And Kami tenchi, lord of nightmares, elder god demonbane (maybe), TOAA are beings which can't be harmed in given way possible, without regarding the in verse only rule. They rape the sage.

If the sage had impressive reality warping he could've wished the Juubi out of existance, but he didnt, he fought it and sealed it. Also he could've locked him up in a dimensions, BFR'd him across multiple universes, or changed the probability of the Juubi and it's revival of happening, these are some concepts of reality warping he could've done but didnt, which doesn't make him an impressive reality warper.
