Being omnipotent has nothing to do with intelligence, imo he is an omnipotent being, he can or could do things that would be classed as God like and that is exactly what omnipotent means.

Imo he is omnipotent, you don't have to be immortal to be considered omnipotent, like I've been saying he did do things that are considered God like, take splitting the juubi and making the 9 tailed beasts, taking a non sentient being, splitting it into 9 thinking feeling lifeforms.
