Seeing how three tomoe Sharingan let Sasuke dodge Killer Bee charge, A elbow attack or owned Oro when he approached Itachi I cant say that Baykugan is better than normal Sharingan.

Sharingan cannot copy techniques like that.

Byakugan you are born with and can use it anytime.

Sharingan needs to be awaken through tramatic events. MS you need to kill your best friend....why the hell would you do that? EMS you need to take your brother's eyes....I wouldn't mind since i hate my brother but if i had a proper one i wouldn't do it. Itachi could've easily taken Sasuke's eyes but he didn't.

Byakugan is more useful and is less of a Pain. (excuse the pun)
