Did you notice Naruto was getting ready to do the shadow clones when A was attacking him? Does that mean he can do SC in nine tail cloak mode? If so that would be some wicked fast clones. Kind of want to see that-100 blazing fast clones kicking the crap out of Madara.

we don't know that... it might have just been instinct. hopefully he can.. but probably not because it uses a lot of chakra and he needs that chakra to stay alive/make ninetailscloakmode last longer.

if he runs out of chakra he dies, and in cloak mode it drains his chakra. what if he is in cloak mode for like enough time to drain most of his chakra, and then hes like gets out and goes into sage mode. thing is he's not nearly as awesome without sage mode or cloak mode, and if he is in a battle situation and isn't carrying around his summoning scroll(for shadow clones that are focusing nature chakra) then wtf does he do? he would be screwed..
