I believe 2 lines is a bar... Anyways in context of a beat a bar is a full measure of a beat.. soif ya rap falls in betwee.n a full measure its a bar

you must have a really abstract style that isn't so abc xd your flow probably just doesn't translate to text very well. that's kind of what i struggle with. not that my lines are long i just focus more on wordplay...

If you'd read my stuff it definitely is abstract cuz I don't stay with the same flow for the whole rap nor stay with the same rhyme pattern. And I play with words and syllables all the time but you want to stay consistent with ya flow and the syllables in a line ... You want to reread it and not trip over words and imagine a beat in the background.. LBeezy is superb at this n so is riker and ranificient oh and ldude and scion hentai... But ran n LBeezy switch up there flow which makes them top tier. My flow sometimes gets messed up...

I'm rambling but yea my main priority above all is to be unpredictable.. too many raps in this thread is the same cookie cutter shit.. like if I had took a shot to how many times I read "I fcked to girl" lol.. like cmon say I fcked to mom or aunt or sister .. I fcked to girl is old now!! So I try not to say the same thing twice and if I do I switch it up or I just do repeat words lol just because nobody else does.. sigh again I'm rambling

i feel you. i try and stay with the same rhyme pattern so it's easier to follow. i try and model myself off of southern rappers that's based more on cadence and flow as apposed to the bigger words....
