Sensei's

I've been noticing recently that there are an increasing number of people who want to be trained in jutsu's but are unable to because there aren't enough sensei's and the sensei's that we do have are only taking a few students or are already filled up. I think this is entirely unfair, especially for a certain sensei who is only taking one student. I believe there needs to be changes to either the amount of students each sensei can train or the way sensei's are accepted, because this continued lack of sensei's will continue to keep people away from the fun that is the narutobase fighting.

Agreed... There are countless members who just can't find a single sensei in the site. Especially now that tsunadehime left, almost 50 students became senseiless.

it gets kind of annoying how a lot of senseis will only take a few students... i think that a sensei should take at least around 7

plus it puts a lot on the nice senseis who are taking a bunch of students because people just keep asking them and a lot of them just don't want to or don't know how to say no... thank you for bringing this up dude

0_o no..i'm just saying that there is a greater demand for sensei's then is currently being full filled..and that one sensei should resign his senseiship becuase he's not fullfilling his duties

more and more will be able to train members but it is not easy, cause the current senseis have to test them, so give them some time they can't train everyone all the time.
also the sensei you mentioned is actually the only one who is actually working 2 jobs to earn his living and since he is busy he is not taking any student, cause he is responsible and he wants to give everyone the chance to get a proper training.
He trains only me, cause i am the only one accepting to be trained twice a month.

This problem existed even before the sensei rules were put in, but the sensei rules sort of magnified the problem, and brought it to the surface, and is what started the entire fight with this.

I still think the rules should be canned. But since it seems that this is never going to happen no matter how much support goes behind canning these rules and just going back to the 3000 posts in order to become a sensei. I suggest that people should try to become sempais, and/or senseis. I don't think I am ready to become a sensei yet, but I'm trying to get Nexus to give me the sempai test, then I can see the current senseis and see if I can't get them to hire me for anything.

He is not taking any serious position anyways, and he stated that from the beginning. But think of this in this way: don't you believe that the senseis need to have equal power with each other? And who is to fight the current senseis on the same level other than this sensei?

Anyways, more people will become senseis and yes the rules are strict, but they better be for this matter. Also consider this:
everyone is asking for something:
custom elements, custom jutsus, biographies, senseis applications.
all those things are nice & fun but take time to happen^^

Tghe system was alot easier. Though with the the rising amount of posts within the newer people population, there should be a limit. No sensei exam, but you need to have at least 4500 posts and been a member over 3 months because they need expeience. (maybe 4 months)

2 month doesn't really suffice.

yeah thats the main problem though...we need a more efficient way to get sensei's then the current system. thats what i'm advocating

all your ideas are good, but it takes time to discuss these things first and we can't agree with each other all the time. we have different personalities.
I'm trying to help here, so please post your suggestions if you have any and i will talk about this with an admin.

Well we tried making a thread about this before. We didn't do much, but we did manage to lower the post requirement from 3500 to 2500, and we also removed the part which said that one must be recommended by 2 of the current senseis in order to even fill in an application.

on the sensei application thread he said there are six applicants..and i've been trying to put in an application but the thread is never open...

Oh and btw, wasn't there a rule, that if someone brought this up again, that person would be banned and blacklisted. Sage kyuga(skie kyuuga) got black listed for bringing this up in the past lol.
